I'm going to have another drink in Oita. Flower smile It's my first time to drink this brand. The aroma is muscat! The mouthfeel is clean and crisp. The chart at the store said it was sweet, but it is quite dry. The last is a little bitter. We had it with plum crystals!

I bought this sake🍶 from a liquor store on a recommendation during a business trip to Kyushu, and with all due respect, the only thing I knew about Oita was Chiebijin, but it is a new sake brewery and the taste is said to be modern. According to my later research, they took over the business in 1989. The aroma is sweet and sour with lactic acid bacteria. It has a slightly sweet taste on the palate, which is easy to get used to, but the flavor is quite robust, with a sense of umami and a touch of alcohol. It has a nice sharpness. It is certainly at a high level for an inexpensive model in a small 300ml bottle, but I would prefer a less powerful sake 😁.

The mouthfeel is clean and watery. It has a strong acidity and little sweetness. However, it has a sharp aftertaste that disappears. This sake seems to go well with sashimi with Kyushu's sweet soy sauce.

The Dolce and Jun Dai I was interested in were not in the store, and I was also interested in Junmai 80, but after much deliberation, I picked up the Tokujun 🤗. The first sip...oh? A little light? The first sip...oh my...is it a bit light? It has a gentle flavor, with a mild sweetness, acidity, and umami. The finish is clean and slightly dry, and I felt it was a type of sake that goes well with food. Rice: 100% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15%. Sake meter: +5 Acidity: 1.9 Yeast: KA-4

Hana-Shume," a sake from a revived brewery in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, which was featured on Tokoro-san's "Laughing at You" last fall. We were lucky enough to get an assortment set (❓trial set) of 3 sake for souvenirs, so we compared them! Here is the last one! Hanashomi Junmai Ginjo (pink label) This one also has a slight citrus 🍊 aroma. On the palate, the sweetness and umami are quite strong! But it also has the sharpest and cleanest taste. ❗️ It has a clear and distinct taste👍 Overall evaluation Special Junmai>>Junmai Ginjo>>Junmai My wife had the same evaluation.

Hana-Soami," a sake from a revived brewery in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, was introduced on Mr. Tokoro's "Laughing at You" last fall. Tokoro-san raved about it, so I was curious about it. I happened to visit a liquor store in Lalaport, and was lucky enough to get a set (❓trial set) of 3 sake for souvenirs 🙌. But I left it in the cupboard for a few months 😆. A few days ago I found it while sorting through the cupboards and hurriedly took it apart and put it in the fridge! And today I opened the bottle! Let's start with the following Hanashimi Junmai (Green Label) The aroma is very weak citrus 🍊. When you sip it, the acidity is definitely the star of the show! As the temperature rises, the sweetness and bitterness start to assert themselves, and the taste becomes deeper and richer.
