Hana-Shume," a sake from a revived brewery in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, which was featured on Tokoro-san's "Laughing at You" last fall. We were lucky enough to get an assortment set (❓trial set) of 3 sake for souvenirs, so we compared them! Here is the next one! Hanashoumi Special Junmai (orange label) The aroma is also slightly citrus 🍊. On the palate, the four tastes of sweetness, umami, bitterness and acidity are beautifully balanced. This can be served as a food sake 👍.

Memorandum Sake rice Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Sweet and juicy on the palate. The aftertaste is strong sweetness to moderate acidity and a hint of bitterness. It is quite sweet like a noble sake, but I like it. Quite delicious.
