It was always available at a nearby supermarket, so I never went through with it! Popular in northern Tochigi, it has a mild aroma and rice flavor that is typical of Amataka when you drink it, and I like Amataka's technique of making rice rice into sake!
It was always sold near my house, so I didn't get much of it.
This Ten-Taka is delicious, the perfect balance.
Bitter, umami, sour, round, good on its own, great during a meal!
Did you win the lottery at the liquor store where you often go to buy whiskey? Did you win it? It's a Tenyo 😁.
It's from a local brewery that I don't often buy for myself, Amataka, and it's dry 🌶️🔥.
I opened it with trepidation.
The aroma is dry, and it's really spicy on the palate.
But it is not as dry as it sounds.
As you drink it, you can taste the slight sweetness of the rice, and it's pretty good ✨.
This is delicious. ☺️
I think it would go well with sushi and sashimi.
(I just want to eat it 🍶)
YasuSake-san konban-ha(o´o)no~~!
Congratulations on winning the sake shop lottery 🎯.
It's nice to have a chance to taste some sake that we don't usually buy😊.
Hi YasuSake 😃.
It's important to have a good relationship with your liquor store 🤗.
This is Amataka start to YasuSake's dry way ⁉️ It's a steel plate for sushi and sashimi!
Hi Erin!
I won the lottery, lol!
When I buy my own sake, I tend to be biased towards my favorite brands and flavors, but it's good to have a sake that I don't usually choose ❗
I'm going to expand my range more 💪.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
Socializing is important ❗
Sake and whiskey stores are different, so a ladder is a must 😂.
Dry, yes 😃.
Combining sake and food is important ❗ ‼️
The first bottle of the New Year was a local Tenryaka!
I think it is the best Tenryaka I've ever had!
The price is not too expensive. The taste is amazing, I never get tired of it, I can't stop drinking it.
It is gorgeous, very refreshing, and has a sharpness of a sword.
