It's been a while since I've had a classic sake, as I tend to gravitate towards my favorite ginjoshu or trendy ones when I buy them myself!
It has a softness of raw sake and is easy to drink despite its Alc of 16. It has a delicious rice flavor, but the softness on the palate is probably due to the 55% rice polishing ratio ✨.
Special Honjozo✨I learned once again that I really like this kind of sake for a mid-meal drink 🎶.

I bought a bottle of "Hayashi" from the same brewery when I traveled to Toyama, and even though it was only one bottle, I enjoyed it and became a fan. Kura Shibori looks delicious too 😆.

A little bit fruity. Refreshing and good to drink👍. Light and superior. Special surimi deep-fried fish paste is delicious 😋 We had four kinds of Toyama's local sake, all aluzome nigori sake 😆 They also have a good selection of sake from outside Toyama Prefecture, and the staff were all very friendly 🎉.

Sake rice? Speaking of Hayashi, a bottle of sake is a promise. Hayashi brews a four-pack, Kurobe Gorge, and this one, made with Toyama Prefecture's premium sake rice, Tominokou. It has a natural, mineral taste. Delicious! Is this a characteristic of Tominokou?
