Mild and slightly fruity aroma. A fresh sweetness extends from the soft, fresh flavor. It has a more youthful impression with a slight bitterness typical of new sake.

Hayashi is very popular, but I think the new sake is only available in winter.
It is fresh and delicious 😋.

At home with family. Family raves about it! This sake is handmade and brewed with melted snow water from Kurobe. It is rich, dry, delicious and umami!
Founded in 1626, it is the oldest sake brewery in Toyama Prefecture.
Toyama Purchased at a liquor store
This post was made during an expedition.
I don't know why, but because my company had two consecutive holidays,
This time we went to Toyama ✈️
I asked for a recommendation for sake to go with trout sushi for dinner, and this is what I bought.
It was my first time to visit Kurobe Gorge‼️ and it was nice to meet Hayashi Sake Brewery‼️
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It tastes great😊.
It has a grape-like acidity and umami at first, but the moderate acidity makes it a great match for trout sushi! I think I'm going to finish the whole bottle!
The acidity is not too assertive, so it can be served as a mealtime sake or on its own.
But it definitely goes well with fish-based snacks.
Thank you very much for the sake!

At Bacchus Toyama.
One I've always wanted to drink 😄.
Aged taste with sweetness to match 😋.
It was served cold because of the event.
but it would be better to drink it hot 😙.

About 20 kinds of Toyama's local sake! We went to the "Aubade Sake BAR" at the "Aubade Hall, Naka Hall".
A glass of sake made by a glass artist in Toyama is 200 yen per glass.
I asked for a sanshoraku to start with, but they said it was sold out! But they said it was sold out.
So I decided to go with Hayashi Sake Brewery.
It's clear and refreshing. Delicious as always 😋.
The glass in the foreground of the photo is the one we received.
We were lucky because it was a sub-event of Toyama Glass Studio.
