It is a set of 5 cups of Kinki local sake 😁.
It is a gift from an acquaintance 🍶.
It is 📌180ml ¥Unknown
🌈3/5th cup 🌈
Here's a quick comment!
I'll drink it cold today 🍶.
Not much aroma.
The color is beautiful💕
The mouthfeel is slightly thickened💕
The sweetness and umami of the rice is subtle but refreshing 💕
Maybe it is suitable for hot sake 🍶.
I'll try heating it up in a hurry 😁.
I tried heating it up 💕
The aroma is more alcoholic and the mouthfeel is deeper 👍I personally think it's better heated 💕💕.
Thanks again to my acquaintance ✌️
The ranking at the moment is
Uricho 🍶💕💕💕💕💕
Kinshigo 🍶💕💕💕💕
🍶Outsuru💕💕💕
This is how it is👍

International Wine Challenge 2020
It was awarded the gold medal in the Honjozo category.
Light acidity and sharpness.
Alcohol content 16.3 degrees Celsius.
There was an Oishi Sake Brewery nearby.
It would have been nice to visit the brewery.
Mild, lactic acidic aroma.
It has a mild, mellow, and thick mouthfeel. The medium-sweet taste is not sticky or harsh, and the acidity tightens the taste and leaves a crisp aftertaste.
Personally, I think this is the kind of sake that one would expect from western Japan! I personally think of "Western Japan sake" as this kind of sake! It is easy to drink and tastes great when chilled.
The second stop on the Keihoku - Kameoka Sake Brewery tour was Oishi Sake Brewery. Here, my family had a bottle of Ootsuru (first pressed sake) and my daughter had a glass of nigori. We also had a glass of Otsuru together.
Far from being a Junmai Daiginjo, it is a bottle filled with a robust flavor. It has a high alcohol content and a rich rice flavor, which is the taste of sake.
Yogurt
Less lactic acid, but yogurt! The flavor is amazing!
but on the second sip, it tastes like sweet and tasty.
Full-bodied yogurt
Yogurt yogurt, but not running away from the acidity, umami junmai sake.

This is the first sake we received as a gift.
It is served cold.
The alcohol aroma is heavy, and it is the most noticeable aroma. There is not much fruitiness.
The label seems to be pushing the fruity side, but in reality it is not that fruity.
It has a smooth texture on the tongue, and I thought it was easy to drink, but there was an alcoholic aroma when it passed through the nose, and at the end, there was a bitterness that pulled at the end, and a quite solid sake flavor.
It could be described as a classic sake with a fruity, modern style 🤣.
