Sake purchased with Nemuchi at Ya●ya in Karasuma Oike after the tasting by Okayama-san
I think it's been 5-6 years since I drank Ootsuru 🤔.
Well, I haven't had Tanzan or Choro in the area near Ootsuru for a long time 🤔.
Well, I don't mind it 🙄.
Retro label and 900ml bottle. Aroma and sweetness like golden sugar candy. Tangy alcohol. It's a little refreshing, so I wonder if it's watered down. It's a good thing, but I would like to have more flavor.
After about a week, the sourness started to come out.
I think Ootsuru is now making sake in Miyama, Nantan City, but the address is still Kameoka. I wonder if they only bottle in Kameoka.
I think they have to write that the manufacturer is in Kameoka City and the production place is in Nantan City (or shorten the company name with +A or the location with a symbol), but there are no penalties or anything like that.
At the Yunohana Onsen inn in Kameoka, Kyoto, I drank it for dinner and enjoyed it so much I bought it at a sake brewery on my way home.
After returning home, at dinner, I said to myself, "This! This flavor! I enjoyed it so much. It has a strong flavor, but the aftertaste is refreshing. I could drink more and more.
The sake lees we bought at the last brewery opening in Fushimi was so delicious that we bought some Ginjo sake lees from Oishi Sake Brewery this time as well.
Miso soup with sakekasu is our family's latest boom.
It is easy to drink, with a clearness reminiscent of clear water in between the alcohol taste that spreads slowly. It is good to drink with Kyoto sweets.
A summer sake with sweetness followed by sourness and a crisp spiciness!
Purchased at the Oishi Sake Brewery in Kameoka, Kyoto. It's local, but very impressive. The staff was very cheerful and cheered me up 😃.
Brewed in Miyama, Kyoto.
It was awarded the gold medal in the honjozo category at the 2020 International Wine Challenge.

A refreshingly dry sake. It is easy to drink and has no peculiar taste or difficulty in drinking.
I thought it was a bottle that would satisfy both first-time sake drinkers and sake lovers.
Thanks for the drink.
A gift from 🍶.
Sake brewery in Kameoka City, Kyoto
Ootsuru's 65% polished junmai sake
It has a strong classical flavor.
Well-integrated umami and acidity.
Thick aftertaste
It has some peculiarities.
Not a stand-alone sake
It goes well with food with dashi broth.
Seiro soba made with chicken leg
It is cheap buckwheat noodle, but it goes well with it.
