Kyoto Pref. Kameoka City. Oishi Sake Brewery Co.
Oishi Sake Brewing Company.
This is the first sake we received as a gift.
It is served cold.
The alcohol aroma is heavy, and it is the most noticeable aroma. There is not much fruitiness.
The label seems to be pushing the fruity side, but in reality it is not that fruity.
It has a smooth texture on the tongue, and I thought it was easy to drink, but there was an alcoholic aroma when it passed through the nose, and at the end, there was a bitterness that pulled at the end, and a quite solid sake flavor.
It could be described as a classic sake with a fruity, modern style 🤣.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewers' alcohol
Alcohol content: 16% to 17% alcohol by volume
First issue #14 @ 2022
One day trip to Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. The main purpose is to watch the J-League game, but I also visited the Sake Museum for sightseeing and purchased some sake.
The taste was, well, a little sweet and floppy. I enjoyed the drink, partly because of the memory compensation.
Good evening! I live in Kyoto, but this is the first time I've seen you here 😁.
I was wandering around Kyoto station on Saturday and saw a lot of people in ⚽️ orange uniforms after watching a soccer game!
I had a nice drink 👌
Ao-chan
Good evening. Kameoka, when I looked it up in sightseeing, the Sake Museum was the first thing I saw 😮💨 I totally tagged along with my friend who went with me.
If you go to Kameoka, please drop by.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Less than 19 to 20 degrees
This sake is only available at this time of the year from December to February.
A living sake. There was a hole in the lid.
It's not foaming, but it's tingling on the tongue.
Dry taste
At first, it was served chilled.
Eventually, it was served in a wine glass with ice.
Don't drink too much because it's high in alcohol! I said to myself.
The two of us finished the fourth bottle in no time at all.
It was delicious.
I should have bought a few more bottles.
Sweetness and sourness
When drunk at room temperature, it has a smooth texture.
A little acidity in the aroma
The sweetness is similar to caramel⁇
Maybe it's because it's made from traditional yeast.
The taste is rich and full.
Absolutely delicious when warmed.
