This is a gift from a sake professional, a local sake from Nanada's place. It is quite precious as it is the first pressing... 🙏.
The aroma is juicy fruity and red apple-like.
The mouthfeel is supposed to be fresh, but it also has a mellow, umami-like sweetness that spreads out and is very drinkable 👌👌.
As a lover of the four seasons, I quite like this type. ☺️
I've heard it tastes great warmed up, so I'm going to enjoy it 😋.
Second glass while eating yakitori
Another brand from the brewery that brews Shichida
It has a nice aroma and goes down very smoothly.
The water seems to be from a place with beautiful water, and it is indeed smooth and silky!
It may have tasted a little different since it was from the restaurant, but I thought it had more acidity than umami!
My wife, who went to the liquor store with me, picked it out as an inspiration. It is quite fruity, refreshing and easy to drink.
I like it 7 points/10 points
