The comet I had previously purchased in Tokyo was now being sold at a newly opened Aomori supermarket in my neighborhood.
I had to buy it.
It tastes great when it's cold and crispy.
When the temperature rises after some time... the bitterness becomes stronger and the balance is lost.
When I was in Mutsu on a business trip, I had some time to kill, so I went to Mount Osorezan for the first time in 30 years.
I couldn't cross the Sanzu River because it was closed to traffic...(^^)
I wonder if the name still comes from that red comet?
Gorgeous and fruity aroma. As you drink it in a wine glass, the taste gradually becomes clearer and clearer.
The slight bitterness in the aftertaste is a refreshing complement to the sweetness and umami.
It was a perfect match when I paired it with the salted and vinegared tataki of ippon-fished bonito.

It's a red comet, isn't it?
It has a sweet aroma. There is absolutely no cloying taste at all. I loved the fruity taste.

The aroma is gorgeous. It is also a delicious sake.
Hello, Bekkaaru ๐
As a volunteer staff member, I am very happy to hear that you were able to fully enjoy the Japanese Sake Festival ๐.
This sake was so popular that we ran out of tasting on the first day๐ .
Hi Yasbay!
This was the first event I attended. I really enjoyed it!
Thanks to Yasbay and all the staff members! Thank you again. The popular red comet! I'm glad I could drink it!
This sake is from Suzaka City, Nagano Prefecture.
It is a sake that is usually available when I go to Ricamount.
I was curious about it, but this was my first time drinking it.
It is a very sweet sake, so I guess it is what is called a sweet sake. It is an honest sake, pure sweet sake.
It does not have a sake-like taste, so tastes may differ greatly, but there are also stylish bottles, so you can enjoy the appearance as well.
Again, there were other comets available, but I chose this one based on the bottle design.
