Toyo Bijin Bessen Yamadanishiki 720ml (1,485 yen)
When drunk in a cooled state, it has a sweet-tart flavor with a slight banana-like aroma.
It is also good that the price is reasonable in spite of the recent price hikes.
4.0
It has a hint of aromatic notes reminiscent of tropical acidic fruits. It also has a unique nuance.
The wine is full and sweet, but light and not harsh, and can be drunk easily like water.
The white jellyfish salad, cold venison, and other dishes all do not detract from a delicious meal, yet they have not lost their presence.
The balance of sweetness and acidity is exquisite and truly delicious!
I had heard the news that Toyo Bijin, which had been working hard to keep its prices reasonable, had no choice but to raise its prices. It's not a clean and refreshing sake, but it's a good, solid sake.
I like Toyo Bijin. I will support it!
