I heard a voice actor say that the sake of Yamaguchi Prefecture is delicious ottersai, but Toyo Bijin! So I bought it. It's very dry, and the first sip is so spicy that it's hard to believe, but the aftertaste disappears quickly. Yes, it is indeed delicious. I want to drink the other ones too. This is good. I also got some sake for the new year, but I'll post more about that in the New Year.

I'm not going to let anything stop me. Lightly crisp, fruity, sweet and sour aroma. Melon Horseback or Pear Because it is origari, it is light white. The aftertaste is moderately sour and refreshing. It is easy to drink and is perfect for when you want to lift your spirits.

This is my first Toyo Bijin. I had drunk Yachiyo Shuzo's Room twice and wondered what kind of Toyo Bijin was in its class, but I happened to find it at a store I had been visiting for a while, so I bought it on the spur of the moment! The standing aroma is tropical and a bit gorgeous with pineapple and melon fruits. Is this the sweetness of Oriental Beauty? The sweetness is firm but moist and not stinging! There is also an impression of peach in addition to the fruits mentioned earlier. It is sweet, but not unpleasantly so, and has a very elegant bitterness, so it can be paired with appetizers, such as salads and cheese. This is the taste of Miyamanishiki of Hanahayo and Junodai of Hachitanishiki, right? This is delicious! Speaking of fruity sweet sake without any corners, Ding was great, but Toyo Bijin is also great!

Toyo Bijin, which had been on my mind for some time and which I had purchased last month, was opened. The aroma was sweet and the taste was pear-like with a refreshing and crisp aftertaste. I had not heard much about this sake rice called Hashu Honor, but it was developed by Takagi Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture.

I bought the Autumn Poem because the Summer Poem of the Goddess of the Goddess of the Goddess of the Goddess was so good. It has a good balance of fruity, rich, and sweet tastes. It is available at Fresta, and is very reasonable. I'm sure I'll buy it every season.

With Atsugi's Mochizuki Shoten I was curious about this sake because it was released as a PB by Toyo Bijin, my favorite sake brand. I was curious about this sake. ❗️ Fruity and gorgeous aroma like usual Toyo Bijin 😊. Aizan-ish? Berry-like flavor. It has a strong sweetness, but it's not clingy. The aftertaste is easy to drink. It is easy to drink👍 Perfect for Western food 🍽️ The label looks oriental retro. I'm not sure if I like it or not 😅. All of them are delicious oriental beauties ❗️ I have no doubt about it 😃.

I bought this sake because it was a limited edition sake from Toyo Bijin and the liquor store strongly recommended it. The aroma is clean and fresh on the palate, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the mellowness and crispness belies the low alcohol content of 14 degrees. ★★★★
