I heard a voice actor say that the sake of Yamaguchi Prefecture is delicious ottersai, but Toyo Bijin! So I bought it. It's very dry, and the first sip is so spicy that it's hard to believe, but the aftertaste disappears quickly. Yes, it is indeed delicious. I want to drink the other ones too. This is good. I also got some sake for the new year, but I'll post more about that in the New Year.

I'm not going to let anything stop me. Lightly crisp, fruity, sweet and sour aroma. Melon Horseback or Pear Because it is origari, it is light white. The aftertaste is moderately sour and refreshing. It is easy to drink and is perfect for when you want to lift your spirits.

This is my first Toyo Bijin. I had drunk Yachiyo Shuzo's Room twice and wondered what kind of Toyo Bijin was in its class, but I happened to find it at a store I had been visiting for a while, so I bought it on the spur of the moment! The standing aroma is tropical and a bit gorgeous with pineapple and melon fruits. Is this the sweetness of Oriental Beauty? The sweetness is firm but moist and not stinging! There is also an impression of peach in addition to the fruits mentioned earlier. It is sweet, but not unpleasantly so, and has a very elegant bitterness, so it can be paired with appetizers, such as salads and cheese. This is the taste of Miyamanishiki of Hanahayo and Junodai of Hachitanishiki, right? This is delicious! Speaking of fruity sweet sake without any corners, Ding was great, but Toyo Bijin is also great!

This sake is a collaboration between Toyo Bijin and a liquor store that we patronize. The price is surprising for such a high rice polishing ratio and sake quality. The color is nigori and there are some ori. There is a ginjo aroma, but it is not strong. The texture is smooth and silky, but with a strong sweetness. The acidity is fresh, with a little umami and a slight aftertaste. As is typical of Toyo Bijin, it can be drunk by itself without any accompaniments, but it has a flavor that makes you want to pair it with grilled fish or chicken. I am looking forward to drinking it tomorrow and beyond. The next day: The acidity subsides and the sweetness increases, and surprisingly, the balance is better with cold sake.

When I invited my friends over for a drink at home. The second bottle was a sake recommended by the liquor store. They said it was a sake that the liquor store was making in collaboration with a brewery. Fruity and delicious ♡. I can't stop drinking it and it goes well with meals! I'll have to buy this again next year.
