I saw this bright red Otafuku in the liquor store... and my eyes accidentally locked with those of Toyo Bijin... 😓.

The aroma is not that harsh, softly fruity and nice ✨.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the sourness and bitterness are quite strong 😅.
The sweetness is slightly sweet with umami, but the spiciness dominates the palate and goes straight down your throat, leaving you with a sharp finish.
It's a little too late to say this, but I heard that it has a sake degree of +15, so it's quite a big volume.
