This sake has a subtle melon-like aroma. It is said to be a sake that tastes great in a wine glass, but it also tastes great in a sake cup.
It was an easy to drink sake with mainly sweetness and less acidity than the raw sake. Thank you very much for the meal 😊.

It is a gift from a person to whom my parents have always been indebted. Words like "kurahakushi," or "hidden warehouse," are very heartwarming.
The aroma has a hint of rummy aroma. The flavor is centered on a slightly strong acidity and sweetness. Although the acidity is a little strong, the sake is easy to drink without any peculiarities. The modest aroma keeps you from getting tired of drinking it, and it is a good sake to drink with food. The alcohol is mild and it was served cold. Thank you very much for your kindness.

At a liquor store I once visited, I heard that the quality of sake from this brewery has improved dramatically over the past few years. They seem to be gaining in popularity.
The aroma is yogurt and melon-like, with a hint of alcohol. As the name "Umakuchi" implies, you can taste the umami of the rice, and the acidity is just right. The mouthfeel is a bit sweet, but overall it was a dry and refreshing sake. Thank you for the meal 😊.

I bought this at a supermarket near my parents' house. It is nice to know that local sake is sold at regular supermarkets. It is a summer-only sake. The cool bottle and label are nice.
It has a gorgeous fruity aroma, like rumney or melon and a little pineapple. But the aroma is mild, with a bit of sweetness and bitterness, and a touch of alcohol. The second half was refreshing and typical of summer sake. It was a treat 😊.
After I finished drinking it, I looked back at my records and found that I drank it last year at the same time 😅...
