Super favorite. The balance between the melon aroma and the slightly dry taste is perfect. It is 16% alcohol, but it is so easy to drink that it feels much lighter. A beautifully finished taste.
A fresh springtime Shiboritate with a vibrant flavor, soft and cute. This is a very fresh junmai ginjo, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, bottled as it is freshly squeezed out of the bottle. The product name "tansode" is a term coined by the Yaishin Sake Brewery to describe how the sake comes out of the tank, which is similar to a ship leaving the dock (funade).
Sake rice is Yamada-Nishiki and Saito no Shizuku, the rice polishing ratio is 50%, and the yeast is undisclosed.
Served well chilled ✨
Pouring it right out of the bottle, it has a fruity, melon-like sweet aroma 👍The mouthfeel is light, and as the sweet aroma suggests, there is a sweetness at first, gradually giving way to sourness and bitterness from the sweetness. The sweetness is gradually replaced by sourness and bitterness.
It is easy to drink with a clean mouthfeel and a bit of a tangy gassy feeling due to the fact that it is also a pure sake 🤤.
This is the first Ganki sake that is not watered down, not heated, not filtered, and bottled as it is after being pressed 😆.
The aroma is calm, the taste of rice is mellow and light, and it is easy to drink and not get tired of drinking it.
The citrusy acidity and spiciness in the back of the mouth accentuate the sharpness of the sake!
