The last sake at our favorite yakitori restaurant was Ganki Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi by Yaoshin Shuzo. This will be the first time to drink Ganki Hiyoroshi. So, let's have it right away. First, the aroma. It is hard to describe, but it has a nice aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet, delicious bitterness attacks you in a good way. The aftertaste lingers until the end. It has a freshness, and this is a really delicious sake. The balance is very good, and the richness of the sake is very satisfying, and it goes well with food. Once again, I was very pleased with the delicious sake and food. It was a fun time drinking and talking with my wife and the staff at the restaurant.

I bought it again this year 😆. Nice flavor and mild dignified aroma! I knew it was good 👍 I was so excited to buy it! 50g for 1000 yen 😱 which is a very reasonable price! It went really well with the Omi Duck Tataki 😁.
