This is one of my purchases from the Shiga expedition. I've been to the store in Omihachiman for the first time, but the selection was good and I got lost 😊The staff was kind and helpful. It's a fresh, full-bodied, moderately spicy, easy to drink, and has a unique flavor 😆. I'll be back soon.

sake made without added alcohol or sugar drinking at home According to the liquor store Aged for several years Slightly yellowish Mild aroma and acidity Just one pillar standing and pleasant 😆. Good as a food sake! It was gone in no time 😆😆😆.

I haven't been drinking any "shwash" liquor at all lately 😅. We are planning to hold the Gorinpik in the near future, and the cellar and fridge are occupied with sparkling sake, but we are planning to open them all up at once, so I haven't been drinking any of them 😅. Nanahonjari Sparkling Sake 😀. It was clearer than I thought it would be, and also not like sake... the really clear and refreshing taste was even better than sparkling wine 😀. Kaorin also said for the first time in a long time that this was not sake 🤣. If possible, I would like to keep this sake on hand as a toast for small celebrations 😀. It was 350, so if it was just the two of us, it was gone in the blink of an eye 🤣.
