Today we have a Zoka Ginjo Dai-harakuchi from Wakayama Prefecture: ❗️
Chilled, it has a subtle aroma of ginjo. The first sip left me with a pungent numbness on my tongue, and that was the end of it. I decided it would be a shame to let it go to waste, so I microwaved it to warm up to 30 degrees Celsius and drank it. The aroma didn't change much, but the spiciness after the first sip lessened, and there was no numbness, but a mild, slight sweetness. ❗️ It's not for everyone, but it's better when heated. ❤️
Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake🍶Origarami✨.
Calpis soda🥛. Sweetness followed by dryness. Slightly carbonated ✨. Also tastes of peach🍑 pear🍐. Easy to pair with the sourness of the chicken fried chicken. Flows smoothly with the Tempura of Sayori. A little bitterness.

Purchased at Tokyo Station. Trial size 1 gou bottle.
Sake rice is not specified.
The color is light yellowish. The color is light yellowish, but it does not seem to be aged.
There is a slight scent of rice. There is no other smell.
In the mouth, there is a slight taste of wood? and a clean sourness. There is no sweetness. I wonder if this is called dry.
There is a bitter aftertaste and a lingering aftertaste.
The sake is clean, light, and gives a straight impression 🍶.

I'm Zoga ← not self-introduction w (for the second time w)
I'm Zoga, and I've been hired by ANA first class! ←I'm Zoga, and I've been hired by ANA's First Class!
I wrote "dry" but it has a sharp taste and is not "spicy! It's not like "spicy!" like Kokureki's Hokkai Onikoroshi (sorry for being too pinpoint).
And I served with Jingisukan (Genghis Khan), yellowtail sashimi, tuna sashimi, and sweet shrimp sashimi, all of which go well together!
Especially meat and fatty fish are good!
They cut it up!
It will taste so good!
Ahh! I feel good♪♪♪
By the way, I tried it with yokan (bean jelly) and it cut through the sweetness of the yokan.
Spicy! WOW (It doesn't go well with it (_ _*))
Good morning, Zoga 😃.
Genghis Khan and lots of sashimi ❗️ and a sharp dry sake will make you feel good 🤗.
It beats the sweetness of yokan 😆 That's right 🤣I think the only Wakayama sake I had was Kido, so I'll make a note of this one!
Good morning, Jay & Nobby😊.
Since I started "Sake-no-wa", I've started to pay attention to sake that appear infrequently.
There might be some hidden sake? I'm enjoying it that way...
That's how I enjoy it 😊.

Rice polishing ratio 65%, alcohol 15
Heavy aroma like old sake, with a slight ginjo aroma.
The sharpness of junmai sake and the heaviness of sake on the palate leaves a heavy aftertaste.
Sake to be drunk with a cup of sake.
