I bought this sake brewery when I was on a recent trip. I didn't expect to see them again. And it's an Autumn Agari. I will have it at room temperature. It has a soft, watery texture and a clean mouthfeel. The taste is like chestnuts, and the rice is smooth and tasty. The moderate acidity seems to produce a pleasant attenuation. A gentle and delicious sake. I want to drink sake from this brewery again. This sake also goes well with simmered vegetables. It also goes well with mild sesame paste salad of okra and shellfish strings. Not too much

We received a bottle of sake that was uploaded on sns by a reliable liquor store in our neighborhood and seemed to be a sure thing! It is a new sake drawn in the New Year and aged at a low temperature without heating until autumn. The bottle was opened with a pop. It has a gaseous, fresh, umami taste with a nice aftertaste! It's good! I drank it 😆. Good sake is so euphoric👍
