The rice used is. Yume Issho from Fukuoka Prefecture Freshly pressed and unpasteurized sake, it has a fresh and crisp mouthfeel. It has a slight muscat-like sweetness and a refreshing finish. You can drink it like a soft drink. It is suitable for a wide range of dishes, but I think it is best served with yakiniku (grilled meat). It is perfect for a rich flavor. ❣️ I would like to repeat this delicious sake. ‼️

It has a beautiful fragrance, sweetness, and a moderate taste with a refreshing feeling. It brings out the best of Yamadanishiki well. It was gone in no time. Delicious, highly recommended.

3.5 Sweet, aged feel. Very caramelized, almost like Shaoxing wine. It was excellent when warmed up and paired with simmered dishes. Niida Honke's Shunjiki is more refreshing.
