The second one I did as a souvenir.
Sweet and fruity taste, but not too sweet.
Not too sweet and easy to drink
I'd like to try a dry one next time I come across it.
Let's go back to Yokohama. Let's have a drink there (*^^*).
Last night, a customer at the karaoke bar recommended this sake. The last order was at the BAL at the station, so I went for this sake. It is a local sake from Shimizu Ward. It is served with the famous sakura shrimp kakiage (deep-fried shrimps). (*^^*)
Well, this is the water around Mt. It is delicious without any habit. (*^^*) The taste is not the fruity one that is popular these days, but the original aroma of sake. It has a delicate bitterness and sweetness that goes well with kakiage! (*^^*)
By the way, a customer told me yesterday that Shizuoka used to have many beautiful women like a thin-skinned courtesan because Ieyasu used to attract beautiful women.
That makes sense. Sake should be authentic, like Fushimi sake. (*^^*)
It has a fruity aroma and a soft mouthfeel with the sweetness of rice, but it is delicious with a strong sake-like flavor. On top of that, it is also cosy!
Full-bodied dry
Slight aroma, sharp attack. Full-bodied dry taste. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
Goes well with the accompanying tsukuroburi seared bonito.
Alcoholic beverages bought on the trip
It was a delicious drink, a little dark, cloudy and fizzy...
It's not sold near me very often.
Looking forward to another bottle ⭐︎
