Natural Monument: White Mokkoubara Flower Yeast from Manzo Sweet and gentle aroma. Taste is proportional to the aroma. No unique smell of sake, may not be interesting for experts 🤔. Slightly effervescent and very easy to drink 🍶. You can drink it in one gulp (7 degrees alcohol by volume). The name is great ❤️

Received as a souvenir. Garyubai @ Sanwa Shuzo Drink it at room temperature for the time being 🍶. Fruity and sweet! Very tasty 😋. Later on, I tried it cold and it seemed like I would drink it all in one night 🤔. Will have a repeat!
