It was described as slightly dry, but it wasn't as dry as I thought it would be ⁇It was almost sweet 🤔.
However, it is quite crisp and very easy to drink. It goes down your throat well🙆
This is the type I like a lot.
I want to repeat it 🥰.
I bought it at a Kyoto souvenir shop I stopped by (somewhere near the Osaka Station department store).
I had Spanish mackerel grilled with mayo miso, grated daikon and vinegared tachibana as a side dish.
