It's a hard season for me as a hay fever sufferer It's getting to be a difficult season for me as a hay fever sufferer. I wanted to buy a spring-like sake with a pink bottle. Garyubai 🌸Garyubai I couldn't smell it because of my stuffy nose. It has a slight sweetness followed by a crisp I think it's more of a dry sake. I guess it's more of a dry food sake.

At home. The other day, on a trip to Aichi Atsuta Houraiken, I opened a bottle of the one I bought at the supermarket to have a little drink at the hotel. When I bought it, I thought it was a Nagoya sake.... But when I looked at it carefully, I realized it was Shizuoka sake. ‼️ It was refreshing and smooth, and although it had a sweet and alcoholic taste, it was easy to drink and the 300ml was gone in no time. ‼️ The second photo is from Atsuta Houraiken, and the third and fourth photos are from the next day's visit to the famous morning coffee shop Karasu, where I ordered an an-butter sandwich.

A refreshing and gorgeous dry sparkling wine. Goes well with fish. I happened to come across it at a supermarket in Izu and liked it. I will buy it again when I come to Shizuoka.

✨Jizake Street 2025✨⑨ Finally some local Shizuoka sake😅. Garyubai is my favorite brand in Shizuoka! I don't think I've ever had this sparkling 🤔. Dry sparkling and shuwa shuwa refreshing 🫧.

☀️ That's a nifty label ✨ I asked for this one because I knew from past experience that it would be the sweet and tasty type 😄. It's a sweet and tasty sake! It's a summer sake with a light and refreshing finish. It really was a cool summer sake 🌬️🍶🧊.

Garyubai Junmai Ginjo Fukuro-hozuri Shizukusake Nama-shu Gohyakumangoku from Toyama Prefecture Sake degree +4, Acidity 1.4 This was the second sake at a corner bar we stopped at while running. The aroma is fruity and gorgeous. The mouthfeel is crisp and light, with no gassiness. The mid-palate is slightly sweet. The finish is clean with no clutter, but the complexity is modest. The aftertaste is slightly spicy. The mouthfeel is clear and high quality, as is typical of Fukuro-hozuri Shizuku. Preferred Score: 6.5/10 Aroma: 1.5｜Mouthfeel: 1.0｜Medium: 1.0｜Final taste: 1.0｜Price: 2.0
