Sweet aroma like tangerine, too smooth on the palate with a nice salty milky-silky lactic acid sweetness, from which the sticky persistence disappears by bringing umami and astringency. It has a slight sharpness and is good during a meal.

Garyubai is a brand I've been wanting to try for a long time. 🙆♂️

I am traveling to Izu with friends, so I bought a bottle of Shizuoka local sake.
The aroma is there and the taste is mild and sweet. My impression is that it is a sweet sake and easy to drink.
It is just right for drinking at the end of today's trip and may not disturb you in an area with delicious seafood.
