After reflecting on the offline meeting, I am back to normal mode. This time, it's Kikuyu. Friday night, I was able to go out in Osaka City due to the timing of various events. We went to the Umeda Hankyu Brewery Festival, which is a hot topic in the Kansai region, and enjoyed a lot of things we wanted to drink, I stopped by Yamanaka Ramen. I had been unable to visit the restaurant because it was only open on weekdays, so I finally got my wish! I finally got my wish! I had it with cold sake. Not much aroma. It has a smooth texture. It has a fluffy banana-like sweetness, a refreshing acidity, and a crisp taste with a hint of sweetness. As expected from the stable Kikusen, it is delicious💕. Don't underestimate it as a honjozo. The elegant and soft sweetness is exquisite, If I see this sake, I will order it. Can I take Kikusen home with me? Can I keep the bottle? I wondered as I had a drunken conversation with the shopkeeper, One more drink, and so on.

I haven't had Shizuoka sake for a long time 🍶. A glass at a ryokan! It's not "drunk" but "yizui"! The first aroma is of rice. After drinking it, it has a rounded taste. It tastes clear and thick! Because it has a strong rice flavor, it is more suitable for strong flavored food than sashimi. I think it goes well with strong flavored food 🤔. It went well with smoked kinme 🐟.

It's been a while since I've wanted to drink an arosoe, but when I think of Kikuso, all I can think of is honjozo, and I end up choosing an arosoe that doesn't look like an arosoe, which is the charm of it! The balance of umami, acidity, and spiciness is just too good, and it's crazy to think that a bottle of this is only a little over 2,000 yen. It can be served chilled, at room temperature, or heated!
