This is my first visit to Kikusen.
This is a sake from Fujieda City, Shizuoka Prefecture🍶.
This is a sake from Fujieda, Shizuoka Prefecture.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a mildly smooth sweet umami flavor with a slight acidity.
It is more robust than Isojumma from the neighboring city of Yaizu, but it too is a mellow sake.
It was delicious 🍶✨.

The last sake was from Shizuoka, "Kikusen" Junmai Ginjyo Matsushita Rice.
We have not had much luck with Shizuoka sake, so we were grateful that President Murai of Kibune chose it for us.
I was too drunk to taste it properly, but it had a strong attack.
I paired it with fried food, and it was just right.
I don't choose this kind of brand myself, so I was able to taste many things at this drinking party with my business partner and received high praise. 👍
