Here's a bottle for you tonight...brewed with 22 year old rice and aged until this year? It seems to be different from "Shiboritate," doesn't it? When the bottle is opened, it has a faintly sweet aroma. In the mouth, it tastes quite strong. It has a velvety texture that clings to the tongue. The first taste is of sugar water, but it quickly wears off and leaves a clean aftertaste. It is extremely delicious! When paired with steamed vegetables with plum sauce, the refreshing sweetness stands out and becomes even more delicious. The main dish was the ekiben tendon we bought at Shin-Yokohama Station. The sweet sauce complemented the sharpness of the sake, which was also wonderful♪ It was a delicious sake that was easy to drink.
It's a junmai daiginjo, but you can taste the rice flavor, and it's kind of rich?
I thought it was because it was a combination of highly concentrated, unfiltered, raw, unpasteurized, and aged sake.
This is a delicious blend of various delicious sake from Daisen: 💁♀️
It's a great drink 😆.
