The third drink was at a booth of a manufacturer called Sake Bowl
Wine glasses and sake bowls? Sake bowls? The project was to compare the same sake in a wine glass and a sake bowl.
You could choose between two types of sake.
I chose Abe 😉.
Alcohol 14 degrees
But...,
I was concentrating on the different sake cups.
I don't really remember the taste of the sake 😅
I don't remember much about the taste of the sake 😅.
(But with 2 stickers, I could drink a lot 😆.)
Wow! I didn't know there was an Abe at your booth...! I was disappointed that I couldn't have a drink at the Abe booth since it was on a weekday...you have a good eye 😍and 2 stickers!
It has a grape-like aroma and a rich sweet and sour taste in the mouth.
It is easy to drink because it is low-alcohol and not heavy, although it is a mellow sake with a strong umami taste.
Abe-san never misses a beat!
Hints of muscat, pear-like aroma.
Refreshingly light gassiness, clear mouthfeel and sourness! But also properly sweet... delicious! 😳
The final taste is refreshingly slightly bitter.
And the umami that clings around the mouth...
Yummmmeee!
Yummmmmm!
Series REGULUS
Rice: Rice, Koji (Niigata rice)
Degree of alcohol content: 12%.
Let's chat and have just one more drink.
I heard they were out of Jyushiyo, so I asked for Abe!
I like this kind of fruity sake after all 🫶!
It's the season for hot sake!
My friends from high school are getting to like hot sake too, so we should come and enjoy it together sometime 😌.
The master knows a lot about sake, so you can learn a lot while drinking!
I'll be back again!

Rice] Niigata rice 60% polished rice
Alcohol content】13%.
Abeno Star Series! Formalhaut Spark made by the noble brewing method.
Sweet lactic acidity, lemony aroma.
Gassy, sweet and refreshing, like yogurt or lemon squash!
Not wet like a kijoshu. The acidity is just right, not too sweet, and you can taste and drink it while enjoying the handsome taste.
Abe "variant" of a field-specific series
Aroma like some lemon acid 🍋 and lactic acid?
The lemon sourness is so refreshing that it makes you feel like you've had a lemon!
It's smooth and silky, but the rice flavor comes later!
It's so smooth, but the rice flavor comes afterwards! The sour taste that clings to your mouth is also delicious! 😍😍
I don't think there's much bitterness.
Abe Shuzo's series by field (rice field), sake made from rice from the Noda area.
Hmm? White wine? Green apple? Muscat Cemedine is also here.
Slightly gaseous, with a soft aroma of rice. But it also has the flavor of rice. Refreshing acidity, quickly disappears 😳 strangely enough, bitterness is very slight.
This series is said to be made with 80% polished rice.
What? This is the first time I've had this. It's totally different from my image 😂.
Blue Abe.
Acid dive.
Refreshing taste, but bitterness is the first thing you notice.
It changed from bitter to melon juice flowing from the tip of the tongue to the center of the tongue.
The lingering taste is also melon, but not as much as the middle of the melon, but more of the orange part of the melon, closer to the green flesh 🥰.
Compared to the normal Abe+, the sweet and tasty acidity is more pronounced, and the acidity is particularly strong, with an aroma like ripe grapes.
Its atmosphere is somewhat similar to that of Yonotori.
There is absolutely no hint of a tangy taste. This may be due to the combination of Hashira shochu brewing and high refining.
The sweetness and umami are cut off quickly in the aftertaste, and the acidity remains pleasantly smooth.
