Berry berry and delicious!
I think this might be my favorite of the recent Abbeys I've had!
It is easy to drink and juicy at 13 degrees, and goes away in no time!
Delicious every year!
Silver" means Junmai Ginjo, apparently. According to the liquor store, Silver is made from Gohyakumangoku and especially Vol. 1-3 are made by Tohei Yoshizawa, who also makes Shibarihizuru, and the alcohol content is once lower at 13 degrees.
I'm interested in it, but I don't think they sell it anymore.
It is a delicious one with elegant sweetness like Abe's. Moreover, it is refreshing and has a good taste of rice. It is also refreshing and has a delicious rice flavor, making it perfect for a mealtime drink.

The nose is lactic acidic with a fresh aroma of apples and lemons.
In the mouth, it tastes like a sports drink (like Green Dakara), with a chili gas sensation, sweet and sour taste like citrus juice like grapefruit, and a slight sweetness of rice.
In the latter half, a refreshing bitterness like lemon peel spreads out, and the overall taste is like lemonade. There is no sense of alcohol, so you can drink as much as you want.
I don't usually drink sake, but I heard it was from a famous brewery, so I bought it on my way to a nearby direct sales place.
I found it to be slightly effervescent, like a thin Calpis soda.
Where to buy: Mizuhashi
★★★★★
Incredible fizziness (no longer too strong) and the aroma immediately fills the mouth.
It's quite good with green apple-like acidity and sweetness.
Maybe I like sparkling in general.
Abe Silver Lot vol.1-3.
Junmai ginjo orikigarami nama sake.
This is the first lot of the new Junmai Ginjo Silver, and lots 1-3 are made with Gohyakumangoku produced by Mr. Tohei Yoshizawa, and have a slightly lower alcohol content of 13%.
The top aroma is reminiscent of apples and pears, and as one can imagine from the fact that the cork flew open when the bottle was uncorked, there is a pleasant sense of shrieking gas.
The supernatant is soft on the palate, with a clean sweetness and a broad umami flavor, combined with a firm acidity that gives the impression of dryness.
The dryness is balanced out by the sweetness and umami that increases as the orikomi (a drier, more balanced taste) is added!
It was an appropriate sake for our wedding anniversary.
It was recommended to be kept in the refrigerator. A new delicious sake with a fruity and sour taste. No wonder it is one of the most popular sake in Niigata Prefecture. I compared it with Hirotogawa, but Hirotogawa seemed to have a more robust flavor. I believe that sake is now at its highest level, with different genres competing for flavor. It is hard to say that the price of sake rice is going up, but I guess it can't be helped,
Good evening, AAJI!
Happy wedding anniversary 🎉!
Abe-san is one of the top sakes I would like to drink 😋.
Celebrating your big day with a delicious sake must have been a great and wonderful memory 😊.
Thank you very much, ma-ki-san. Abee is a really good sake. It is a pity that we can only get it through online ordering, but personally, I was still satisfied with this product.
Well, well, well... Abe-san's Silver
13 degrees, low alcohol, for mid-meal.
A little 🤏 tingling, a little shwashy
Slightly sweet
I like it 😊.
Modern and contemporary
Oh man😅I can't stop drinking this, I'll drink it up in a second 🤣.
It's getting hotter and hotter.
I'd like to try some new styles this year, such as on the rocks.
If you have any recommendations for sake to be served on the rocks, I'd be happy to hear them in the comments: ☺️
Good evening, Mr. Swissisusan...
Abe🍶san is available too ‼️
I drank it on a trip to Niigata and compared it to BLACK and SILVER and loved it 💖.
Your review reminded me of it 🤤.
