clear and clean
Slightly gassy on the palate
The umami is firm.
Fruity and sour, with a slight bitterness at the end.
It seems to go well with various meals.
The aroma is not too strong, and it has sweetness and a good acidity. 12 degrees Celsius is low in alcohol, and the sake goes down smoothly. The sweetness is a little strong.
This is one of the different versions of YASOGIN SAKE, a special gin-based sake made in Abeno.
The timing of adding gin is different: α is added at the end of the production process, while β is added before the pressing process called jyoban.
If we were to use a chemical analogy, we would say that α is a compound and β is a mixture. In mathematics, the product (multiplication) is α and the sum (addition) is β.
When I opened the bottle, it did not foam at all, not even a little bit. I was a bit surprised.
When I drank it, it was... refreshing. The beta is in the mold of sake, but the alpha is not sake-like, and I feel as if I am drinking a cocktail. The way it is made is more like a cocktail.
As the temperature rises, you will notice the light but quite thick flavor.
I was very impressed by the difference between the two! I learned a lot more than the price and was impressed! I am glad I bought it!
Good evening, flos_lingua_est 🌙
This is the one I missed out on while initially wondering about it ‼️🤣Thanks for the math analogy and the difference in taste, very easy to understand 👍✨Both look delicious 🥳.
Hello Kotaro, ☀️
The price is there and it bothers me lol.
I don't know what to do with all the stuff I've missed out on too...
I'm glad you got the metaphor! I wrote it thinking it wouldn't get across: ☺️
It has a mellow, melon-like flavor with a seme-like smell.
It is dry and disappears quickly.
The aftertaste is refreshing.
It is a good match for the garlic flavor.
Date of manufacture: May 2023
Close date: January 4, 2024
It has a sweet taste like Abe's, but it is less sweet than Abe's, and the sweetness and acidity are well balanced.
It has a lighter and gentler impression than Blue (although Blue has a more refreshing (summery) taste).
It is a little different from the quality of sake I expect from Abe.

On a recent trip to Niigata, I visited the famous Niigata restaurant "Brothers Sushi. The restaurant is particular about Niigata sake, and when I asked for sake, I was served only Niigata sake.
The fourth and last one is Abe in Kashiwazaki City. Summer sake is available from No. 1 to No. 3, but what was this one? It's written on the back of the tag hanging on the neck...^^;.
You bought the No. 2 brewing tank, didn't you? Well, I don't think I would be able to tell the difference in taste no matter what number it was! 🤣
Low alcohol and high acidity, like a summer sake, yet with a good umami. Quite delicious. It is indeed a national abe.
Abe SAZANAMI
Sake released only in years when the rice melts.
The slight effervescence and bitterness balance each other, giving it a smooth and refreshing impression.
I would like to compare it with ABE.
Abeno Silver - Ori-Garami
It is an ogurigami, but like Abeno, it has a well-balanced taste with acidity and bitterness without being too sweet. The bitterness tastes like citrus peel and is easy to drink.
It also has a sake-like flavor typical of Niigata.
Don't lick the crown...
It was a big blowout!
It's very easy to drink at 13 degrees Celsius, and it's very dry even though it's supposed to be sweet!
Like a certain frog
Good evening, please note that the Masayo to Abe relay has become a regular occurrence recently and is full of vocabulary. 🙇♂️
Abe x Taketomi Seishukudo Namaishuku Namaishuku 2023BY✨
This is a collaboration sake with Tatsumi, aka White Abe. This is a raw yeast yeast yeast, raw sake, 500ml type that has been lying dormant in the depths of Lemacom 💤.
I was very wary of opening the bottle because of the ostentatious tape and the crown, but it opened without even a slight movement... 😅
The aroma has a strong lactic fermentation feeling like a sake yeast yeast yeast, with a sourness like a plum. The taste has a yogurt-like sweet and tasty acidity on the palate, and in the latter half of the bottle, there is a strong dry bitterness full of the wild taste of the traditional sake making process, which is delicious 😋😋😋😋.
@Jay & Nobby.
Good evening ☺️ I am very grateful for your warm attention. I'm sure this relay will be more frequent in the future 🙇 Thank you very much for your kind attention.
It is not as sweet as usual, so it is somewhat refreshing and easy to drink, but it is sweet and juicy enough!
The acidity, which lingers in the mouth, is impressive and summery.
It is not so much a summer sake as a summer sake, but a summer sake in the Abe style.

For now, the last one to be uploaded is "Abe".
It is a gift.
The leasing company that we have always dealt with, you like this, don't you? He brought it to me! 🎉
I was very grateful to receive it because I have not had a chance to meet Abe. 🙇
It tastes even better than I expected.
The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink and it goes down very smoothly!
The sparkling type that we have in our inventory and I just can't wait to drink it.
There are 5 bottles of Sansho.
3 bottles of sparkling Niimasa.
And a few bottles of Akatake and others... 😅
If tomorrow is not my day off, I have to drink while thinking about it, no matter how low the alcohol content.
But the Niimasa Cosmos was ok (lol).
I wonder if it will be gone nicely by Obon when my boys come home? 😅
It tastes asary and refreshing.
It is a refreshing summer sake with a good balance of acidity and sweetness.
It was a delicious sake that could be drunk smoothly.
Alcohol content: 12
Rice used:Undisclosed
Rice polishing ratio:80
The aroma is not so strong.
The main flavors are sweetness and acidity, with acidity predominating.
The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, while the umami is also present. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
This time we will compare the α and β versions, both of which were made by changing the timing of adding gin.
The α is made by adding YASO GIN at the last step of the brewing process, called tomeshi-brewing, in which koji mold, steamed rice, and water are added.
Last time it took a while to open the bottle, but this time it was opened immediately.
From the aroma, it is already exciting with various organic aromas that are not typical of sake.
The lemony acidity and grapefruit-like bitterness give it a thickness that does not end with freshness.
The spicy and herbal character of the gin adds to the botanical taste.
The citrus and herbaceous image is a combination of citrus and lemongrass.
The price is 2,750 yen, so it is not a drink for those who want to drink a lot, but I had the impression that it has a rich taste and performs well. Together with the beta mentioned below, it impressed me as a delicious and intellectually stimulating product!
