At home. This sake is often introduced in Sake no Wa. I've been curious about it for a while now, and finally got around to buying it. When I opened the bottle, it made a nice sound and bubbles appeared when I poured it into the glass. When I poured it into the glass, bubbles appeared.

Green apple-like aroma, clear sweetness, good acidity and bitterness. I found it quite delicious😊. I was drinking it with good taste, and at the end of it, I was like... "Oh, it was related to the ❗️ cage 😵" A painful mistake. I kind of drank up only the bitter lees and decided to mix it properly next time lol.

단칸(을지로) 아베 준마이 あべ 純米 지콘과 닮았다는 첫인상. 아주 깔끔의 극치다. 지콘처럼 칼에 베일 것 같은 느낌이라기 보다는 맑은 계곡물 같은 느낌이랄까. 다섯 번째 잔으로 한 잔 더. 오늘 마신 니혼슈들이 전부 좋았는데, 그 중에서 가장 강한 인상을 받은 아베를 한 잔 더 마셨다. 그랬더니 아무런 맛도 느껴지지 않았다. 역시 다섯 잔 정도 되면 혀가 마비되는 건가.

Visited a liquor store in Osaka in search of a bottle of Abee. I had the ogara-mi draft that was recommended! It has a light taste with the gasiness I like!

Now I'm going back to my parents' house to have dinner with my grandfather 🍶. First time at Abe-san, they sell the Star Series, and I was torn, but I chose this one✨. The aroma is melon and melon-like at the top. The aroma is like melon or pear, with a pleasant, slightly medium gasiness 🫧. The sweetness is a bit subdued and the acidity and umami are a bit stronger ✨. It finishes with a refreshing bitterness that you may feel a little 😊. Yes, it's delicious! The alcohol content is 13%, so it's a good choice 😋. I think it tastes somewhat similar to Hiran 🤔. However, it's less sweet and more refreshing than Hiran, making it an all-rounder that can be used as both a toast and a food drink ✨. I would like to try the Vega and Fomalhaut star series next time 💫.

Hello ichiro18, ☂️ I guess you have to drink it during Obon season 😂. I was surprised to find that the aroma, taste, and gasiness were very similar to that of Tobiran 😳. However, the sweetness is not as sweet and refreshing as it might be characteristic of Niigata sake ✨.

The second Abechan 😄 Kamitate in a long time has a refreshing ginjo aroma. When you drink it, it has a gentle acidity, a soft mouthfeel, and a moderate sweetness that is both round and refreshing😇There is also a tangy, spicy flavor that finishes nicely. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is generally light and easy to drink. It has a nice sharpness with a little sweetness. 🗡️Good taste 😆I had it with salted squid, grilled mackerel, hamburger steak with tomato sauce, kakuteki, and many other things 👍It is a good modern food wine 😋😋and a stable 🈳🫡.
