Sweet and sour apple aroma. Strong sweet to dark flavor and alcohol. It is cut by a strong acidity. We had it with Kei-chan from Gifu. The strong miso flavor of Kei-chan is reset by the acidity. The strong umami and alcohol taste refreshes the palate. The snacks will go well with it.

Gifu Travel Okuhida Sake Brewery Series Sweet aroma and sweetness to umami. It has a strong umami and alcohol taste. It is more than enough to drink. We visited the brewery in Hida Kanayama and purchased it. The owner is kind and polite. We enjoyed it with pickled red turnips, a Hida souvenir. I couldn't buy the blue label and the summer gin. I would like to visit the brewery again to buy some more. I'm glad to find good sake again♪

Following Harukasumi, this sake was recommended to me at the Jutoku Sake Sales Office when I told them what I wanted. It has a gentle aroma, sweetness followed by a refreshing spiciness. It is very easy to drink and delicious.
