It was the first time in five years that the brewery had opened its doors to the public in the past four years. We had a great time talking with the daughter of the brewery, who knew us well, and said that we were finally able to open the brewery. 🎶 This sake is fresh and has a nice aroma. It is a refreshing and crisp summer sake. 😋😋😋😋😋

It is a summer-only sake. As the label says it tastes like green apples, it has a fruity and refreshing aftertaste. I felt it was truly a summer sake!

Slightly muscat-like aroma The mouthfeel is light, with a deep acidity that is typical of Yamahai. After the umami of rice, the bitterness spreads slowly and fades away. I have never heard of this brand, but it is quite delicious! It's fun to buy on a hunch!

Hatsugoroku Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu I think it was quite fruity and sweet.
