Wandering Sake Kuroyoh Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo (Unblended Sake), Shinshu Meijo, Nagano, Japan Friday night on my way home from the movies I walked around Ginza, Shinbashi and Hibiya looking for a restaurant where I could use my Go To Eat Tokyo digital meal ticket, but all the restaurants were busy and I couldn't get in... 😵 I entered a restaurant with a desperate wish: "Please give me a glass of sake, even if I can't use my meal ticket anymore...". It had a gentle flavor that soaked into my tired body after a long day of walking. I couldn't see it from the counter where I sat, but it was served from the raw sake server. ---------------------- The movie I saw that day 🎦 was Twelve Months of Earth Eating The Demon Over There @Cine Switch Ginza It's been a long time since I saw two movies in one day 😀. The 2nd and 3rd pictures are of the Chinese Hubei lunch and cafe we went to in between movies (no meal ticket for either of them 😅) Steps: 22072 steps 🚶.

It has a bitter taste that matches the bitterness of the crab miso and oysters. It may not be an easy sake to drink, but I feel the importance of pairing. Warmed.

When I was out of sake stock, I went to a nearby supermarket and chose this sake, attracted by its mention of "super soft water brewing". Oh, my favorite! It has a refined sweetness and is soft on the palate. I enjoyed it easily. We should look carefully at the supermarket section.

Souvenir. The clerk told me it's neither sweet nor dry, but "umami"! I've never heard that before😇. As you said, it has a mild taste, and it tastes better on its own than with food! It was delicious.

The mouthfeel is pleasantly fruity, sour and sweet. Afterward, it has a strange taste that seems to melt into your body like water soaking into it. It seems to go well with Japanese food with a delicate taste of dashi broth.
