I was drunk and hungry from all the drinking at the event in Ueda. I had lunch at "Kusabue," a soba restaurant recommended by my mentor. I had tenzaru and kuroyo. When I ordered sake, I had some nozawana (^o^), which made me feel like I was in Nagano. The sourness and umami are emphasized by the apple aroma, and it is easy to drink. It goes well with pickled nozawana. The characteristic of Shinshu buckwheat noodle is... I don't know the difference between buckwheat noodles, but I am sure it is delicious. Sake, soba and nozawana. The peak of happiness!
After that, I stopped by a souvenir shop and found Akakame-ryo on sale, so I bought it immediately (lol). Then we went back to Saku City and had dinner at a sushi restaurant with my mentor from college. He is not much of a drinker, so I refrained from drinking, and we had Saku-no-Hana Junmai-Ginjo sake (I forgot to take a picture of it!). I thought it would go well with sushi, but it was surprisingly perfect. I was able to talk with my mentor about many things, which made me want to do my best again. I was able to go back to my original intention.
After parting with my mentor, I thought I would go to an after-party by myself, but I was unexpectedly drunk and decided to take a rest today. Tomorrow is the last day. Let's have fun!

Good evening, Mr. Sashu 😊.
It's a wonderful time to have a drink with your former teacher from your student days on your trip to Shinshu and to be able to go back to the beginning of your life.
