As the mellow, dry label suggests, it has a mellow aroma and mouthfeel.
The dry, clean aftertaste makes it a sake that goes well with meals.
Let's have it cold today.
This cosmetics is the best of the best.
Sweet and full-bodied, yet smooth and crisp. ❗️
The lack of corners is superb ✨.

Less than 1000 yen for a bottle is astonishing 🫨.
The aroma is sweet and gorgeous.
On the palate, there is a hint of sweetness, acidity, and a pungent taste of alcohol, but overall it is soft and almost watery. A faint sweetness lingers in the aftertaste, but does not linger.
Junmai Daiginjo at this price is surprising!

Echigo-zakura's pink label available at local supermarkets and drugstores.
It's called "mellow dry", but it's deliciously sharp ✨.
Super cosy ✨.
I've never seen a four-pack bottle before.
By the way, 580 yen... ‼️
If it is a Japanese food, it is versatile.
You can drink it smoothly without any discomfort.
Beautiful sake ✨
I thought it would be sweet because of the rice polishing ratio, but it is refreshing and slightly dry. The aftertaste is mellow.
It was one of the Daiginjo bottles in Amazon's Daiginjo assortment, but I think I like it the best.
Serve with pickled plums.
