I love the simple label 😊.
The top clear is delicious here too, but when mixed, it adds just a hint of sweetness to the taste.
I thought it was gassy, clean-eyed and just the right amount of sharpness.
Thank you for the food 😄
As the food was served, I thought it would be good for a mid-meal snack, so I chose my first Manjusen.
It had a soft ginjo aroma and a mild flavor with a hint of body, followed by a clean, dry finish that went perfectly with the strong food 👏.
It is the first sake from the first tank of the season. Although the alcohol content is high at 19%, it is easy to drink and I was intoxicated before I knew it. By the way, it is nigori sake.
Smooth and easy to drink.
The lightly nigorigo taste is hard to detect at the beginning, but it is very strong and beautiful afterwards.
After the bitterness, it finishes with a slight acidity.

Today we opened a bottle of the "Manjusen Limited Edition Series", a 100% Yamadanishiki, 100% polished rice, which we got at a local liquor store the other day. I have a feeling you will be able to enjoy the full flavor of Yamada Nishiki from tomorrow onward 😋 Accompanying the local sake is a local delicacy, "yellowtail sushi with yellowtail".

Easy to drink
Blue aroma comes softly and gently when you drink it.
It has a refreshing alcoholic finish and is very Han-like.
It can be served warmed, so it is better not to make it too warm.
No indication of rice polishing ratio or sake rice.
We had it in the ginjo class.
It has an alcohol content of 19 degrees, but it is easy to drink and delicious.
