I have drunk Toyama City's Manjusen several times, but this is the first time I have had the standard type.
It is simple and delicious, with a gentle sweetness of rice that comes in quickly. The finish is just dry enough to drink as many cups as you like.
It is not flashy, but it is a high quality sake that goes well with both Japanese and Western food.
I often see this in my hometown, but this is the first time I've seen it dull.
Served cold.
Full of rice flavor.
The bitterness is also good, and it is a powerful and tasty sake.
It gives a different impression from the previous Mansyuusen.
The quality of the sake is very similar to that of the Soukan and Shinsen sake that I drank before.

Miscellaneous impressions
It is said to be sake brewed with wine yeast.
If you ask me, it does have a fruity and refreshing taste like white wine. I didn't know this kind of sake existed!
Sourness and dryness spread quickly from the refreshing mouthfeel. This dryness lasts quite a while and is best at this moment with a mentaiko potato salad mariage!
This sake goes well with salty flavors.

The sake is said to have been laid down in oak barrels.
It's like whiskey!
Gorgeous, robust aroma and sweetness, like honey and rum.
Delicious!
Deep-fried kintoki beans with prosciutto ham
The kintoki beans are sweet and spicy, so when served with the sweet and spicy, the sweetness of the sake goes away a little and the rum taste becomes stronger.
Omachi rice polished to 58%.
The lightness of the mouthfeel and the gradual rise of Omachi's flavor 😋 The juiciness of the unpasteurized sake is very nice 🍶 It is easy to drink without any dullness.
This sake was made by Mr. Uno (whom we do not know), a native of Kumamoto Prefecture who is currently training at Masuda Sake Brewery, using his hometown Kumamoto yeast. It has a citrus aroma and a rich, full flavor. It seems that only one to three tanks of this sake were made. The color of the sake is also very old, a bit different from other Manjusen sake. It has a lingering aftertaste. There is no "Manjusen" on the label, but the metal stopper (or is it a protective metal cap?) has "Manjusen" written on it. The metal stopper (protective metal cap?) says "Manjusen" on it.
