Sake Bar 🥂
1 hour❓All you can drink Sake ⏳.
We went to a restaurant where ➕2 dishes must be ordered in time....
I'm also looking at the second round of map painting 🇯🇵
I chose a brand I've never had before as much as possible 🍶.
I was so drunk at the end because I was so hungry😅.
Ko-Imari Berori
(6) Ko-Imari BERORI - Activated Nigori Nama-shu
I remember it was sour😅⁉️
18% alcohol by volume, brewing alcohol
Nigori degree 🦍🦍.
Degree of liking ⭐️⭐️
Good evening, Jay & Nobby🎶.
This is the first time I drank Ko-Imari. I thought it was peroli at first too because of the 👅 design on the label 😛.
Or maybe I said "peroli please" when I ordered it😅.
Taste: ★★★☆☆☆☆
Cold sake: ★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆
Cold: -
Lukewarm: -
Hot: -
A smooth, refreshing drink, with a gentle sweetness and acidity that spreads out, recommended to drink in a wine glass.
Cream cheese, cheese crackers
Purchased at the Ko-Imari Sake Brewery Biraki on the 26th
In addition to the Kurabiraki limited edition sake, there was also a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo for export, so I bought it!
It was the last bottle!
The label is fashionable with blue sea waves, which is a characteristic of Imariyaki pottery 😎🌊.
Cold sake
Gorgeous aroma
Slightly smooth on the palate
But the volume increases later on.
Sweet aftertaste and long aftertaste
The rice and polish are the same as the previous junmai daiginjo, but other things are different 🤔.
When I visited the brewery before, they had separate tanks for the former and for export...
Ko-Imari Berori Active Nigori Unpasteurized Sake
It has a fresh rice flavor, a slightly effervescent taste, and a thicker taste at the throat.
It was served with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).
I had no trouble opening the bottle, but it has plenty of gas. It has a sweet and sour taste. Unlike the fizzy type sake I have had in the past, I can feel the weight of the sake.
