It is brewed on the premise of high-temperature Yamahai single-stage brewing afus, and is made by adding kijoshu brewing afus along with brewing water during the brewing process. It has a deep honey-like flavor with a roasted feel. It has a strong sweetness, but it goes down smoothly and is very pleasant on the palate. Delicious and I love it...! Date of manufacture: April 2019

Strong acidity and deep sweetness. Although it is supposed to be sweet, it is refreshing to drink. The alcohol taste comes in the back of the throat with a sharp taste. Date of production: June 2022

I have always wanted to try this sake because it was so impressive when I drank it before. It is said that sake is generally made in a three-stage fermentation process, but this is a single-stage fermentation process. The aroma has a sourness like white wine. When you take a sip, the sourness and sweetness are all at once in your mouth. ！！！！ You will be surprised 😲. It has a lingering richness like a Western-style sake that lingers moderately in the mouth and clings to the throat, but that is what makes it so addictive! Is it really sake? It's so good that I want to stock up on it just like I did the first time 😂.

686 2002/6 AFS 1975 Aged wine 17-18° 02/5 A+ Kidoizumi Shuzo, Ohara-cho, Chiba 500 2100 TOB Aged for more than 25 years. Sourness, sweetness and umami. You will be addicted to sipping it. I first discovered Afs, which I knew only by name at the time. There was another (Junmai?) Afs. There was another (Junmai?) Afs, but it cost about 6,000 yen for 4 gou of Afs, so I tried this one for the first time. The result was a great answer, and I was indebted to them several times until the stock ended.

866 2006/3 Records only AFS 1975 Aged wine 70 17-18° 06/2 A+ Chiba Oharacho Kidoizumi Shuzo 500 2100 From the brewery I drank the second bottle of Afs as well, hoping to be able to buy it anytime from the brewery, but when I tried to buy it again later, I was told that the 1975 was no longer in stock. Don't think it will be around forever...too bad. This was the last time I drank Afs 1975.
