It has a crazy rich sweetness like maple syrup.
But the moderate acidity keeps it from being too sweet.

The aroma has a sourness like white wine.
When you take a sip, the sourness and sweetness are all at once in your mouth. !!!! You will be surprised 😲.
It has a lingering richness like a Western-style sake that lingers moderately in the mouth and clings to the throat, but that is what makes it so addictive!
Is it really sake? It's so good that I want to stock up on it just like I did the first time 😂.
