This was my second drink at Yayoya, a sake shop in Sakaigashi. This is another solid, pure rice sake. With an alcohol content of 19 degrees, it is very drinkable. This is a great place, and I'm gaining momentum.

A big cold wave in Tohoku. I'm going to have a good night's sleep with hot sake. It is indeed bright yellow. The alcohol is low at 15 degrees and is further watered down to warm up the sake. A sweet withering aroma rises up, and the taste reminds us of hokuhoku baked sweet potatoes. It really has a sweetness like imo shochu rock. This is the kind of syochu liqueur that can be drunk slowly and lazily.

Extra charge menu 1st drink I was at a liquor store that I usually go to before a year-end party. I told them I was going here. I was given two orders 🫡. One of them was to have it hot 🍶. The izakaya is very particular about their hot sake. They have about 20 brands of hot sake that day alone. This was the most recommended one 😍. I've never heard of this brand before 🤔.
