I bought it at a product show the other day.
I had never heard of this brand, but I tasted it and liked it.
It was 19 degrees, so I drank it lightly on the rocks.
I paired it with stewed daikon radish and shellfish sashimi as the cold weather deepened. It was moderately dry and went well with sashimi.

By the way, I heard that lyricist Tokuko Miura (born in Aomori) passed away.
She wrote a lot of lyrics for "Cat's Eye" and other famous songs.
When I look at the lyrics in the karaoke section, Ms. Miura's name comes up quite a bit, so I thought she was a great person.
I am sorry to hear of the passing of Yoshinori Monta, Shinji Tanimura, Junko Ohashi, and many others this year, and I pray for their souls.
I asked my local liquor store for a recommendation for heating sake and waited and bought it.
It was about 3,300 yen. It was recommended to be heated, but I bought it because it was recommended.
As the label says, it has a light yellowish hue. Best served lukewarm, it has a refreshing, deep, dark, grassy, grain-like flavor. It has a long aftertaste.
I had Takashimizu's regular dry sake first in a drinking comparison, but to be honest, it was not inferior to Takashimizu's, perhaps because Takashimizu is so much better.
Shichiroubei was darker.
Considering the price, Takashimizu is better.

20°! It has a full-bodied flavor and the aroma hops like a Chinese man.
It has a sweet aroma of alcohol and a volatile sensation that goes down the throat a little.

Purchased looking for a warmed sake.
Four year old sake, light confetti color, mild aged aroma.
The aroma opens up when it is heated up hot and it is very tasty!

2018 was also available, in 2021.
I wondered if 2018 would have been better.
I thought so, but this one was delicious as well.

Last year, Shichiroubei was delicious as a draft sake.
I bought it to warm up.
I checked and found that it was the same 75% Akita Komachi as last year, so it was probably the watered-down, hi-irin type of last year's junmai nama sake.
When warmed up rather than at room temperature, the acidity and umami are in perfect balance...a delicious and healthy sake.
Slightly yellowish, mellow sake with a sense of maturity. You can taste the flavor of grains. It should be served heated.
ALC 15 degrees. It is made from 60% polished Akita Sakekomachi rice.
Sake no Ana Tori Shin, a pilot store of Nishiki Honten, which offers a wide variety of local sake brands, serves delicious delicacies and yakitori (grilled chicken).
This was my second drink at Yayoya, a sake shop in Sakaigashi.
This is another solid, pure rice sake.
With an alcohol content of 19 degrees, it is very drinkable.
This is a great place, and I'm gaining momentum.
