When I told him that I hadn't seen him at Sake-no-Wawa, the owner immediately inquired about it, but he hasn't shown up yet. Today, I would like to introduce one item at a time. First, "Wakakoma". I guess it's the first time. I was horrified by the +19, but it is crisp and refreshing on the palate. It is dry but not harsh.

The fifth 🍶 and last dinner at "Raijin Kijin Hagihara" on the first day of the 🌸 spring food tour in Toyama without using any Hokuriku Ouenwari (tearful). Dry Wakakoma. This is also Nanto. After the shabu shabu shabu with Tsukinowaguma, I had Himi udon noodles, which I thought was sweet, but then I had rice cooked with firefly squid (‼️). The first bowl of rice was just as it was, and the second bowl was ochazuke with five-color arare and dashi broth. I'm full 😆. After eating sakekasu ice cream, we were taken to a tea room for matcha tea and tea sweets. We really enjoyed the spring in Toyama. As expected of a starred restaurant 🎵.
