I bought it at the store (warehouse) on 2/3 Setsubun Festival 😃. It was my first time to visit there and I would like to drink it inside 😃. It was served with Masu at Yoshida-yama as well. It is high in alcohol content but has a fresh aroma and is delicious!

😄 Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic), Brewer's alcohol Alcohol content: 19%. This time I went back to Japan for the 13th anniversary of my father's death. Rain was forecasted, but it stopped only when we visited the cemetery. I didn't feel like going out anywhere, so I bought this sake that was on sale at a local supermarket. It is a sake that has been sold at the same brewery as the one I drank yesterday. The first sip was very sour and I thought it was too much, but as I drank more and more, it became sweeter and sweeter. It is addictive and delicious. It went very well with pickles of Kyoto vegetables. The alcohol content is 19%, so I fell asleep after drinking it😅. While Jinzo is quite expensive, this sake is a super deal at 1,200 yen for a four-pack. Highly recommended. My mother said to me, "I had a serious illness and a serious injury when I was 49 years old, and I'm afraid you'll be that age soon. Hey, you know what they say?" I thought 💦.

The Kyoto Marathon was held last Sunday, and I finished the race despite being drenched by the rain. I was so proud of myself 🏃. The sake brewery was located about 4k from the marathon course, and when I saw the Matsui Sake Brewery, I was fired up to go the extra mile. I was ready to go for it 🏃🏃🏃. On the way back to Kyoto station, I happened to be in the sake department of Isetan and bought this sake at a Matsui Sake Brewery tasting and sale. I love Kamizo, but this is my first time drinking Fuji Chitose. I have an image that nigori is sweet, bitter, or sour, but this nigori is right in the middle. I drank it very much and tried to recover from fatigue. I was so tired that I drank it all the time 😀😀😀.

The approach to Yoshida Shrine. Matsui Shuzo, Yoshida Shrine "Setsubun Festival" Goshinzake from the neighborhood. Very easy to drink, lactobacillus flavor with no cloying taste. It has a gorgeous aroma and a smooth mouthfeel. The sweetness and sharpness of the rice that cuts through quickly is wonderful! The thickening of the rice makes it seem heavy, but the aftertaste is clean and easy to drink, with a nice aroma. Very type, very delicious!
