The taste
It has a crisp, spicy taste with a hint of koji and a calm sweetness. It has a classical taste, but it complements food. It is hard in a good sense.
Sweetness 2.5, acidity 2.5, pungency 3.5, bitterness 1.5
Koji taste 2
The color is slightly yellowish. The aroma has a strong alcohol taste. In the mouth, it has the sweetness of rice, but it also has a bitter taste, just like sake.
It is a sake to be paired with sashimi of sea bream. The plump texture and elegant taste of the white fish was delicious with this sake, which enhanced the sweetness of each fish. I would like to thank you all for your kind words 😀 😀

4.0/5.0
When opened, it has a light, sweet aroma.
Take a sip and there is a firm, mild, light flavor along with a sweet aroma.
It is good with cold tofu, salads, and less fatty sashimi.
Purchased at the Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza.
It has a calm yet gentle aroma typical of junmai sake.
Slightly aromatic and dry, it is a refined modern version of the traditional junmai sake.
I drank it cold. It is delicious.
4.0/5.0 about 10°C
When I opened the package, my wife said she didn't have any cooking wine.
It has been used 😢 shame.
When you take a sip, the barrel aroma covers your mouth a little.
After that, it is filled with dry and rich taste. It goes well with a strong Tsumami.
Today, I got hooked on simmered tuna ara.
