The sake rice is 100% Yamadanishiki.
The rice polishing ratio is 50% and the alcohol content is 17%.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it is rough and tangy on your tongue.
It has a very strong sweetness!
But the bitterness is brought along with it.
The sweetness baton passes to the bitterness, and it disappears beautifully.
It had such a strong flavor.
Where on earth did it go...! It was like that.

A clear, light, dry Junmai-shu. The umami sweetness of the rice is also lightly perceived. There is a slight aftertaste, but it is not unpleasant.
Sake rice→100% produced in Yamagata Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio→65
Alcohol content→15%.
A glass is poured from a four-quart bottle into a paper cup.
The color is almost transparent and the texture is light.
In the mouth, it has a calm ginjo aroma, a full rice flavor, and a moderate sweetness.
It is soft and crisp on the palate, giving the overall impression of a mellow modern sake.

Delicious, very beautiful sake. Delicious all the way through, no hint of miscellaneous flavors. I drank it cold to room temperature and it just keeps getting more and more flavorful. A perfect food sake that you will never get tired of drinking.
The plumpness resonates softly and makes me want to tailor a profound story.
I pray for the return of the free city of Sakata, together with the great heirs who built the prosperous Kitamae Senpaku route.
