Delicious, very beautiful sake. Delicious all the way through, no hint of miscellaneous flavors. I drank it cold to room temperature and it just keeps getting more and more flavorful. A perfect food sake that you will never get tired of drinking.
The plumpness resonates softly and makes me want to tailor a profound story.
I pray for the return of the free city of Sakata, together with the great heirs who built the prosperous Kitamae Senpaku route.

At Ate Sushi Kijuro in Tachikawa, Tokyo. I will definitely go back to this restaurant! The sake lineup was interesting, the staff was full of love for sake, we had a lot of fun talking with them, and I even got a Jyushidai as a New Year's gift.
