The color is a beautiful amber ❗️
At room temperature, it has an old sake-like aroma and atmosphere, but it is surprisingly refreshing, clear, and goes down the throat easily.
When heated, the aroma is like whisky 🥃 and the old sake style becomes refreshingly acidic^ ^ ^.
I like it warmed up ✨.
At room temperature. The mouthfeel is clean. It has good balance. It has a nice umami taste and a sharp aftertaste. There will be a repeat. I will check out other sakes.

The aroma has alcohol and a wet smell that passes through the nose.
It has a gorgeous aroma, but the impression is that it is too strong.
The taste is punchy and umami, and it really feels as if the rice is being chewed in the mouth. The sharpness of the dryness of the sake quickly cuts through the lingering aftertaste. It is a mellow dry sake.
