This is a locally brewed sake that I won in a campaign in Toyama Prefecture.
Fukutsuru Sake Brewery in Toyama City is located a bit far from Toyama Station.
It was actually an empty bottle, which I drank up in one night before I knew it, so I took a picture of it the next day.
I was quite hungover and wondered why, even though the amount of alcohol was the same as usual.
It was dry and easy to drink, so I drank it quickly.
It had a yogurt-like aroma, but was not too sweet, so it was easy to drink.
It was my first time to drink Kaze no Bon, but it is a dangerous sake.
◎This was given to me by a person from Toyama Prefecture. When chilled and put in the mouth, it was pleasant to drink, with a subtle sweetness that would get you through even the hottest, muggiest summer.

20 degrees is high, but I've been to the antenna store.
I had a total of 7 drinks in the ladder comparison.
I was feeling tipsy before the real drinking 😅.
Business trip, not looking for something to eat today, no plan. After checking into the hotel, I searched for izakaya (Japanese style pubs) on my smartphone. I was attracted by the recommendation of a Toyama blog that "Chotomi Arakawa is a sister restaurant of Kappo Arakawa, a popular kappo restaurant," and went to the first basement floor of the CIC. We visited a restaurant with an open space and a counter.
When I asked for a plate of three kinds of delicacies and a bottle of "Kurobe Narrow" for starters, I was told that they only accept half a bottle. How unusual! But the amount was almost 1 gou. We ordered more sashimi, fluffy fried white shrimp, and "Kaze no Bon". The shiroebi is sweet, and we can eat some unusual things, but I have the feeling that we are not getting close to Toyama.

Yamabuki color, matured type, not quite heavy but with a strong umami. When you taste it, the sweetness comes later. It is also good heated.

I bought it at the Toyama products exhibition at the nearest station. I enjoyed it with vegetables sent from my hometown. It is light and dry, but it has a good flavor and is delicious.
