Junmai Ginjo. Sweet. Pineapple? Smooth. It tastes a little like it was made...is it bitterness or sake? I'm in Mie for the National Travel Support Program.

Mie Taki town sake. It is a rare sake that is said to be hard to find outside of the prefecture. I just happened to discover it at a liquor store in Kyoto, Japan!
It is quite easy to drink and refreshing, but a robust flavor follows afterwards. It is quite easy to drink and refreshing, but the robust flavor follows afterwards.
It is very tasty, and I can gobble it up with sake as my main drink.
I served it with macaroni, simmered clams, and smoked cheese. I am looking forward to eating it again.
It tastes good with a mellow feeling. However, as a person who likes sharp and dry wine, I think it is not enough for me. It is a bit dry, but not enough for my taste.
It was a robust sake with a sweet and umami taste. The aftertaste, the feeling of a little taste lingering in the mouth, may be different for different tastes.
Snack: Hilyozu
At Sakelabo Tokyo
I had an image that I was not fond of Yamahai-brewed sake, but it was different with unfiltered raw sake.
Is it because it is junmai?
Light and easy to drink. The robust acidity and sweetness of Yamahai! It is heavy and mellow.
It is heavy and mellow. It has the heaviness and acidity like Shochu. Yamahai is good when it is heated up. It is a taste that can be enjoyed in a relaxed manner.

I attended an online brewery opening of Kawatake Brewery in the town of Taki, behind Ise Jingu Shrine.
The traditional brand name is Hokosugi, but this is a new series.
Sweet, fresh, and mellow
This sake is made with water from the Miyagawa River system and Yuminariho.
I would like to visit Kawatake Brewery.

At the free bar counter at the Kumano Club in Mie Prefecture.
The taste of rice is directly conveyed.
Classic sake.
It has a very voluminous feel and is not cheap.
The blend of Yamahai and Yamahai sake is said to have been added to the blend.
The quality of the sake is beyond the level of regular sake.
Suitable for hot sake?
2 stars
It has a robust flavor and tastes great with a hot sake backslash!
It seems to be especially good in winter!
I drank it last, but it is easy to drink(^-^)/.
The sweetness is followed by a pineapple flavor.
It has been a long time since I have had a pineapple-based drink, but I think I am going to be addicted to this taste.
As a souvenir of my trip to Toba, I bought a bottle of Hokosugi, a limited edition sake.
This was almost my first time in a sake specialty store, and I was so excited just looking at all the sake that everyone had reviewed.
I hope to visit again with more knowledge.
Sake Shop Morishita
720 mL ¥ 1,760
Yoohee, good evening 😀
It looks classic but with pineapple, is it a modern taste? I'd like to try it 🍶Morishita-san is a store I'd like to visit someday since they still have it now.
Good evening, bouken 😊.
The label looked the most austere among Morishita-san's collaboration products, but the taste was quintessential in that it caught the recent trend.
It seems that a purchase of ¥3,300 or more for the G.W. special event entitles the customer to purchase a bottle of Jigokin's fire-aged special junmai.
Good evening Mr. Pon, nice to meet you❗️
I decided to choose a product that doesn't have many reviews 🍶.
There are so many in Mie that even Morishita-san was quite lost 💧.
I want to go by car this time and buy a lot ☺️.
I happened to find a sake that was highly recommended by the sake influencer Moririn? s highly recommended sake, I happened to find it and bought a bottle of Yamahai, which I don't usually drink.
The result of drinking it was...
It's very tasty.
I used to drink only fruity sake, but this sake changed my view of the world.
It is not fruity by any means, but for some reason it is easy to drink, and one after another, one after another, one after another...
Anyway, it is just too good, too delicious.
It is a bottle that you should definitely try.
