Mie Taki town sake. It is a rare sake that is said to be hard to find outside of the prefecture. I just happened to discover it at a liquor store in Kyoto, Japan!

I attended an online brewery opening of Kawatake Brewery in the town of Taki, behind Ise Jingu Shrine.
The traditional brand name is Hokosugi, but this is a new series.
Sweet, fresh, and mellow
This sake is made with water from the Miyagawa River system and Yuminariho.
