It is a royal Junmai sake with a very smooth texture and moderate flavor(s). Hokosugi has an outstanding cedar child cup, and the cup sake is excellent! Power up in order when heated. The spiciness and acidity are slight and work well with the depth! It goes well with any kind of sauce! There is no need to write much about it! Mr. Ota is a rerun of Nagasaki It is a treasure house of good food! There are also a variety of good sake, and it's a place I've always dreamed of visiting!

The moment I poured it into a white boar cup and saw its yamabuki color, I was convinced that it was my kind of sake. It has an exquisite balance of matured flavor and sweetness and spiciness. Of course, it is suitable for warming sake. It is also delicious cold. In my mind, it has become a representative sake of Mie.

You came, cedar. You came, cedar. So I'll open the cedar cup. It is a very solid amber color. I opened it thinking that this was not what I expected. Well, it is as classical as it looks. However, it is easy to drink, with no harshness in the mouth and a sour yet tasty flavor! I got it at a place where I could easily buy it, but it is not bad. It was the kind of sake I would like to drink with simmered fish or something like that.
