I was patrolling a liquor store and found a sake I had never seen before💡.
According to the clerk, it was made by a long-established sake brewery near Ise Shrine. I thought to myself, "Oh, that's the brewery over there. ❗️" and as I listened to her talk, she said, "It's quite sweet and shwashy.
I thought, "Isn't that exactly my "strike" 😆❣️ and immediately welcomed it into my home.
The aroma is like a peach,
In the mouth, the sweetness spread ❣️ and then came a moderate bitterness.
The taste is not as sweet and tasty as I expected, but it has a very low carbonation.
It was a delicious sake that could be enjoyed on its own without the need for an accompaniment 😊.
I also had it on the rocks, as recommended by the waitress, and it was also delicious.

Hokosugi's regular sake
Mellow aroma, moderate stimulation and acidity. It has a slight aftertaste that lingers in the mouth.
Gentle sourness and sweetness like a barrel sake. Tastier than imagined.
It can be served cold, cold or warmed.
It is surprising that a 4-pack of this sake costs less than 1,000 yen.
It would be great if supermarkets and convenience stores would stock this...

It tasted like juice 😋Houou Mida's peach and strawberry are 5-6% alc. but only the yuzu is 13-14% alc. 😳I remember getting drunk from gulping it down without knowing 😆 I like both 💕.

Hokosugi no Yamaboshi.
This time I tried it heated.
It has a gentle sweetness, but the acidity is rather forward.
The spiciness was not noticeable, and it went in smoothly.
Although it is a Yamahai, I personally think it is better served cold or chilled.

Hokosugi KH Kai Multi-Acid Junmai Sake" by Kawatake Brewery

A slightly different sake.
As you can see from the picture, it is a yellowish sake.
As the name suggests, it has a great acidity. However, it is not overly sour, but rather has a gentle, rounded feeling.
There is almost no pungency, and the sweetness comes later after the sourness. It is quite tasty.
It is light and in a good way, it is hard to believe that it is 15 degrees. In a sense, it is a dangerous sake.
It has a beautiful sake quality. I was impressed by how carefully it was made.
It is good with oily food such as fried food to refresh you.

4月8日の第5回和酒フェス 大阪ベイタワーにて購入。以前、初果実酒試飲で澤乃井さんの柚子酒を頂き、日本酒メーカーの果実酒の美味しさに目覚めて、フェスにて物色^ ^前評判の良かったこちらの酒造さんの果実酒を試飲、購入させてもらいました。グラス内はすごい柚子の良い香りがしてそそられます♪。味は甘くてほんのり酸っぱく、柚子皮の苦味もあり、とっても美味しい。比較すると澤乃井さんの柚子酒より甘い果実酒ですが、これはこれで、とっても美味しい〜♪ ご馳走様でした^ ^
