It's not white liquor or shochu, so I guess it's okay.
It's a yuzu sake made with sake. There is no reason why it is not delicious.

A good mix of vanilla, lactic acid and melon, the aroma I liked when I started drinking sake.
The mouthfeel is a bit dry, but the umami can be felt.
The richness that appears in the mid-palate is not bitter and is well integrated, and the lingering umami lingers on the lower jaw with no unpleasant taste at all.
It's been a while since I've hit the jackpot.
The problem with Tsuchida is that each bottle is completely different in type, so you have to drink it to know for sure...
It is best served cold at room temperature!

A freshly stored sake of the revived Honor Kunimitsu, using No. 9 yeast.
It has a clean apple aroma. It has a light mouthfeel with a mild acidity and umami that spreads out, and then breaks off easily with an astringent taste. It is dry, but there is no sense of alcohol.
It is a good match with liver patties.

I happened to be passing by and bought it at a sake brewery's direct sales counter. The aroma is subdued and the mouthfeel is refreshing. The aftertaste is slightly sour like pear and slightly bitter. Seems to go well with sashimi with abura on top.
