Drink it cold.
When the bottle is opened, there is a discreet gas sound.
The color is clear with a pale yellow tinge.
The top aroma is slightly sweet, like apricot syrup.
The mouthfeel is slightly viscous and flows smoothly, with a hint of apricot fruitiness and a slightly caramelized flavor.
It has an elegant apricot-like sweetness and sourness, with a strong sweetness and umami first, followed by a slight lactic acidity. The taste is mildly sake-like, so it tastes like wine.
Wine-like but not a perverted sake, 13% alcohol by volume 🤣.
This is easy to drink, rich and delicious 😋.
