Matsuzaki-ya How many cups...
Hachiekuiki no Yuki (YUKI)!
It was gorgeous, refreshing and delicious, I guess.
I was freaked out when I found it in my camera roll the next morning.
Drink it on the first drink! The first drink! Yattu, one of the most advanced sakes served in the restaurant that day. What a waste!
It was the weekend before the Golden Kamui exhibition was about to end, so it seemed that fans had come from all over the country. We shared a drink (a lot of drinks) at the counter with madams from Hokkaido and Kansai, respectively.
I had a little too much to drink, but I didn't do my homework and rushed in, but it was a great place to eat. I will come back again.
Good evening, Ponchan 😃😃I'm in Tokyo 🎵Click on the location symbol to get a map 👍I chose a sake I've never seen before ❤It was good for the first drink and during dinner, not too sweet and refreshing 😋.
Hi pyonpyon!
It's a special thing to be able to drink from noon after a hard day's work 😁.
I've never seen this brand before but I don't even know how to read it 😵.
Is the entrée [duck roast]? It looks thick and tasty 😋!
Hi Gyve 😃I love the feeling of freedom that comes with daytime drinking 😆I've never seen this place called "Hakkeikubiki" and I ordered it and it was delicious ❗The duck loin was moist, tender, and sweet 😋.
Hello, pyonpyon😃.
We were also walking along our usual walking course 🌳 last weekend and heard the cicadas for the first time this year 🤗I don't know if this has anything to do with the text, but it made me want to drink "Semishigure" 😚.
Hi Jay & Nobby 👋😃It's so hot you'd think the rainy season 🐌 had opened before you knew it 💦Cicadas are singing too 💦Nice to have a regular walking path 😆💕Lots of walking and lots to drink 🎵
Yesterday's report
My fourth drink. To be honest, my memory is a bit fuzzy as I was having a lively conversation with the 73 year old man next to me.
However, my first impression was that it was delicious.
It was a collaboration of Naoetsu fish dishes and local sake.
I had a chance to mingle with the young warriors at the karaoke snack bar, and they applauded my poor enka (traditional Japanese ballad). If you go to Sado, you must go to the port of Naoetsu. Let's come back. I promised the calm mama.
Niigata Prefecture is long from north to south, so I'm looking forward to today as well, as I'm sure the sake tastes are diverse.
The Yae Kubiki series is only available at seven liquor stores in Niigata Prefecture.
Pale yellow color with a mild aroma.
It has a pungent taste in the mouth and a refreshing aftertaste.
It has a sweet taste, but it is refreshing.
Went well with grilled fish.
720ml ¥1.800-
Long neglected sakewa app.
There are a lot of drinks that I haven't been able to record.
I bought this sake a long time ago,
I've kept it in the fridge for a while, and recently I've been sipping and drinking it.
It is cheap and tasty with a small red snow crab, and the crisp and refreshing flavor of this sake makes it taste mellow.
It was delicious.
Kubiki Shuzo Yaeguhiki Yuki, direct-draft Junmai Ginjyo Harajuku, light nigori, served cold.
Available at select stores in Niigata Prefecture from June.
100% Koshitanrei grown under contract in the Kakizaki-Higashi-Yokoyama area.
After being heated in a bottle, it is stored in a snow chamber in the Kuroiwa district of Kakizaki Ward.
The clear flavor and slight gassiness are gently enveloped by a light bitterness.
It has a cool taste reminiscent of "summer snow.
At a popular seafood izakaya in Naoetsu.
We chose from a lineup centered on the Joetsu area.
It is made with Gohyakumangoku from Kakizaki, which is common in this series.
There is no mention of junmai sake, but I think it is junmai (because there is no mention of the rice polishing ratio? I thought that requirement was gone...)
I don't feel any qualities that could be called terroir, but it has a special feeling somehow. It has a clear, yet strong rice flavor and power 💪.
The sweetness has clarity and elegance ✨.
I remembered that I had repoed this before... and when I looked back, I saw that I had described it as being like a banana shake 🍌.
Didn't feel much banana this time 🤔.
It doesn't give the impression of so-called modern sake, but it is very refined and carefully made within the category of Echigo sake: ☺️
The Yaeguhiki series offers good value for money, and I once again thought that none of them are out of place 😊.
Hakkeikubiki is a series of the eight blessings of Kakizaki: sun, water, earth, sky, wind, trees, snow, and people. This is wind. Come to think of it, it was windy in Kakizaki. This is the second bottle from the Sake Rice Study Group. The sake rice is locally grown Koshitanrei. The aroma is light, but has the gorgeous flavor of a daiginjo. The taste is very broad. It is delicious.
