ちゃいるSpeaking of which, I drank a kusetsu-tsuyo sake a while back. Since it contains ornithine, you can drink this in between and keep drinking indefinitely: ......? 🤔
I'm not sure if I like it or not, but it's one I'll remember for a long time. 荒井 正史It is amazingly dry with a bit of acidity. numakingSlightly yellowish hue.
The aroma is typical of junmai sake.
The taste is spicy and refreshing.
I wonder how ortinine yeast is collected and cultivated?
I don't know if it is good for the liver, but I feel less guilty about drinking. ペンギンブルーNara City Nara Izumi Yusai Tasting
Reasonable tasting, but a lot of sake!
▼ "Ouma" Junmai, ornithine yeast brewed.
Slightly sweet aroma like apple cider vinegar.
It has a graininess and a vinegar-like flavor.
The aroma is gone without a hitch, and the taste is complex as you swallow it.
There are hidden nuances of cucumber, herbs, and greens.
It leaves a long, strange aftertaste that you are not used to.
Delicious.
Kuramoto Junmai Sake Tsugenoir
Nuance like a white wine with body.
It has a wasanbon-like aroma and richness.
I like it.
▼ "Kashiba Mind", light with a long life.
Pear, soft taste.
It has a fruity taste, but at the same time, it is a Japanese sake.
It tastes like wine and is popular with people.
I like it.
Goshin" Junmai Daiginjo Shinshin Kaoru
Expensive one.
The aroma is not so strong.
As the character "Kaoru" suggests, the aroma is very strong when you drink it.
It has a matured aroma and a blue taste flavor.
I don't like it that much.
I bought "Ouma (ornithine)" and "Yuukyu no Hikari" as souvenirs, which are said to be rare sake. はっかーStrong rice flavor, acidity and sweetness characteristic of rice ぺっかーるI was looking forward to visiting "Nara Izumi Yusai".
This is another restaurant I was looking forward to visiting.
They have 120 kinds of Nara sake.
I was given Ouma as a paid tasting.
They use Yamanokami yeast.
It had a good flavor and bitterness. It was quite a good sake. 林 智彦I have about 6 brands of sake that I drank between New Year's Eve and today, but I have not been able to upload them at all.
For now, I'll start with "Ouma (Ikoma)" which I drank after my first visit to the shrine. It has a nice sharpness for those who like dry sake. Next time, I would like to drink it at room temperature, wouldn't you? マルディNara Hatsumode Trip (2)

Kikuji Brewery
Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture いーじーPurchased at a liquor store I stopped by when I went to Nara on an errand.
It is often seen in Nara Prefecture, but not so often in Osaka, so it is very rare.
It was originally kept refrigerated, so it was served cold.
The color is slightly yellow and there is no aroma.
It is very sour and assertive. The spiciness is also tingling.
It is not for beginners, but for tsu, and quite a lot of it at that. It is not for beginners, but for experts, and it is quite spicy.
Next time, I would like to try it hot. tomoIcoma 750 (1 gou)
I chose this as my second cup of sake. I can't write down my impression of it because my memory is not so good, but I think it was delicious. ひっさんLocal Sake 🎶 once in a while
The name of the sake is "Ouma", brewed by Kikuji Brewery in Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture, in honor of the local shrine, Ikoma Taisha.
In Nara, there are many sake brewed in connection with shrines: Kasuga Taisha and Harushika, Ookami Shrine and Sanmorosugi, Danzan Shrine and Danzan 🧐.
Aside from that, this is a classic dry sake that has nothing to do with the sweet, bitter, sour, fruity, or shwashy words that we have been drinking lately. This kind of sake is not bad either👍
It's even better when it's closer to room temperature than when it's cold 😙.
It is hard to believe that this sake is made with the same dewy leaf style as Kaze no Mori. The rice has been polished well and the flavor of the rice is also present.
This kind of sake should be paired with fish 🍶.
So we enjoyed it with Kue nabe (Kue hot pot), a tax return gift from our hometown 😋.
