Kochi sake swamp. I was getting quite drunk, but this is Okada Izura, also known as Manslayer Izura! This is another light, dry sake with a strong rice flavor. This sake seems to be limited to the Kochi Liquors Club, but it was recommended by the proprietress! The saltiness of Shimanto River's Gori seems to be an endless loop.
Hankyu Oasis in the basement of Hankyu Sannomiya Station has a full lineup of Japanese sake, including draft sake, 300ml and cup sake.
Surprisingly, it is easy to drink. It has a bitterness at the end, with a hint of gruffness. It's easy to drink and tastes better than most of the sake in cups with alcohol.

Spicy and refreshing ❗️ but also has a fruity taste like white grapes ^ ^ and it is fresh.
It doesn't interfere with other tastes, so it can be combined with anything ^ ^.
I thought it would be more assertive because it is raw, but it is an honorable wine that listens to what you say.
Unusually dry sake
Sake with a slightly strong acidity at the front, followed by a slight bitterness and a clear finish, with a strong umami flavor that makes it easy to keep drinking.

This cup of sake has a cute anemone design.
When I chilled it and drank it, I detected a faint bitterness, and was surprised at the gap between the appearance and the taste.
