Opened March 16, 2023 Purchased at Yoshimatsu Sake Shop, Kochi Spicy and refreshing ❗️ but also has a fruity taste like white grapes ^ ^ and it is fresh. It doesn't interfere with other tastes, so it can be combined with anything ^ ^. I thought it would be more assertive because it is raw, but it is an honorable wine that listens to what you say.

This cup of sake has a cute anemone design. When I chilled it and drank it, I detected a faint bitterness, and was surprised at the gap between the appearance and the taste. It was quite a peculiar flavor (I felt).
