I got a souvenir from my wife who went to Tokyo 😆. It is Doburoku from Tokyo Station Brewery. Doburoku is brewed at Hasegawa Sake Brewery, which was established in the basement of Tokyo Station in 2020. Since it is doburoku, the unrefined sake is not strained, and under the Sake Tax Law, it is not sake but "other brewed sake". Doburoku has an image of old-fashioned simplicity, but the label and cap are stylish! The exterior is a beautiful creamy snow white ❄️ I kept it refrigerated from 4/19 to 4/30 and it bubbled a little when I opened the bottle, but not enough to blow out. The aroma is fresh, cool and fruity. It does not have the koji taste that is common in muddy sake! The mouthfeel is smooth, creamy, thick, and pleasantly gassy. There are only a few areas where the graininess of the rice remains. The taste is very stylish and high quality, with a pleasantly chiricy acidity and a light fruity sweetness, again without the koji feeling in a good sense. It is easy to drink and the alcohol content is light at 7%, so it is easy to drink. ☺️ This is delicious! I recommend this shake for adults as a souvenir 🥰. Thanks to my wife ☺️ for the treat 🍶.

A business trip to Tokyo to attend an academic conference is in its final stages. This afternoon's session can be viewed online, so I can relax at the hotel and attend the conference. Before that, I walked from the International Forum to Tokyo Station and went to Hasegawa Sake Shop to buy some souvenirs. I had an onigiri set meal again. The first sake we had was doburoku! I didn't drink it last time, but everyone gave it high marks 😁. It was fresh and crisp with a rich flavor. It's so good! I wanted to buy some as a souvenir but they didn't have any 😢. The next shipment will be next month.

Doburoku🍶 made inside Tokyo Station. The texture is quite thick. However, the chirichiri fizziness and restrained sweetness makes it not as tiring to drink as the viscosity felt on the tongue 😋. It's a delicious low-alcohol drink that goes down smoothly ✨.

Hasegawa Sake Shop/ Tokyo Station Brewery Doburoku Brewery:Tokyo Station Brewery Alc: 7%, Brewing: Tokyo Station Sake Brewery Rice used: Yamadanishiki, Nanatsuboshi 　Doburoku, available for a limited time only at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Gransta Tokyo, is made at the brewery inside Tokyo Station. The blue label is a basic doburoku, but there are also other fruit doburoku such as mango flavor, mandarin orange, and apple, and the ability to create a variety of flavors is a unique attraction of doburoku. 　It has a fruity, grape-like aroma, but with less sweetness, and the fine, slightly effervescent bubbles surround the palate with a mellow, smooth taste. Since it is doburoku, the rice grains are still present, but they have a rough, powdery texture rather than a crumbly feel, and the texture is smooth and silky.

I wanted to drink blue label doburoku but but it was sold out😭 But ❗️the limited time apple doburoku is 😳 As a native of Aomori, I have to try this 😍. I heard it's made by mixing apple paste 🍎. Smells like fruit yogurt. The sweetness of doburoku and the sourness and flavor of apples are the best match 🥺. The mouth feel is like doburoku or amazake, but then the apple taste spreads in your mouth. The alcohol content is only 5 degrees, so even I, a person who can't drink much alcohol, could afford to drink it 😉❤️. If they sell this all over Japan, it would sell like hotcakes regardless of whether you like sake or not. ...... I had time for the train, so I finished with 2 cups.

Celebration last 😭💕 Tokyo Station Sake Brewery, I've been wanting to try it. I'm so happy 😂✨ But I've never had doburoku like this so I'm worried I won't be able to finish it 😵. I'm worried I won't be able to finish it 😵. The aroma smells like yogurt, with a hint of fresh sweetness? When I drink it, I'm impressed 😭💕. It's amazing, it's like fruit yogurt 😂💖. I can feel the sweetness of the rice, but very fruity and easy to drink 😳 I can totally drink it in a four-pack ⭐️. But when I looked it up, it's a good price for 300ml 🤣 lol It was so delicious 🥰! I enjoyed all the birthday gifts 😍💕. Looking forward to next year too 🤭🤭. Thanks for the treats! 😚💕
